Denise Austin. 69, took to Instagram to post a life-changing message on March 15. She and her husband of 41 years, Jeff Austin, are “over the moon.”

Denise Austin and her husband, Jeff Austin, will soon be first-time grandparents. The ’90s fitness guru shared the news on her social media page alongside a slideshow of four sweet photos of the mommy-to-be.
Austin posted a photo alongside daughter Katie, who showed off her growing baby bump in a series of sweet seaside shots. The fitness queen couldn’t contain her excitement at the news.
“My baby is having a BABY!!!!!!! Jeff and I are BEYOND over the moon to be having our very first grandbaby!!! We love you, Katie Austin, Lane, and your future baby so much already!!!! Our family is growing. So many blessings… love love love!!!!”

On March 11, Denise Austin shared a series of three photos on Instagram expressing her delight at being included in the FX limited series, “Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette.”
She captioned the photo series, “Was watching “Love Story” and heard a familiar voice…ME FROM THE 90S!!!! Carolyn Bessette was working out with me before her wedding to JFK JR!!”
Austin added, “So cool for me to relive these times. I’m even getting texts from the younger generation like my daughter’s friends who think it’s cool, haha.”
In the slideshow, Austin pointed at herself on her television screen, laughing at the moment. In a second video clip, she did squats along with the characters on the FX series. “Down and up,” she exclaimed.
