The charter season may be over, but the drama, romances, and friendships from “Below Deck Down Under” Season 4 are still making waves. Following the emotional finale, Bravo has revealed where Captain Jason Chambers and the rest of the M/Y Katina crew are today, including surprising breakups, a wedding, career changes, and a few unexpected friendships that survived long after the cameras stopped rolling. Check out the updates below in our “Below Deck Down Under” spoilers.
Captain Jason Chambers
When Season 4 came to an end, Captain Jason was proud of his crew. They had earned over $235,000 in tips during the charter season.
Since filming ended, the fan-favorite captain has been living in Bali and spending time with his daughter, Saskia. He told Bravo that he has remained in contact with the entire “Below Deck Down Under” Season 4 cast, and he is currently single.
Daisy Kelliher & João Franco
One of the season’s biggest storylines had to be the budding romance between Daisy and João. While the pair did leave the yacht hopeful about their future, Daisy did later confirm that their relationship fizzled out after filming.
The chief stew said she is currently single. She is more focused on her podcast, “Yacht Mess,” and living life in London.
As for João, he continues to work in yachting. He remains grateful for the friendships he made during the season. While Daisy and João split, they do both appear to be on friendly terms.
Ben Robinson & Ellie Dubaich
While Chef Ben and Ellie clashed throughout much of Season 4, it looks like their relationship has taken an unexpected turn.
After filming ended, Ellie pursued professional culinary training. She earned a top-level culinary arts diploma in the United Kingdom. Ellie does credit Ben with inspiring her career shift and says the two now share a sibling-like friendship.
Ben said he has continued his culinary adventures. He and Ellie have remained in touch, with both of them expressing newfound respect for each other’s work.
Alesia Harris on ‘Below Deck Down Under’
There were definitely emotional highs and lows during Alesia’s season, which included being denied a promotion and a breakup.
After filming ended, she moved in with her boyfriend, and they spent the summer together. However, their relationship ended due to long-distance challenges.
She is now living in Canada and is dating someone new. Alesia remains especially close to fellow crew member Eddy Hounsell.
Jenna Woudberg & Eddy Hounsell
The complicated boatmance between Jenna and Eddy didn’t end when filming stopped.
The “Below Deck Down Under” Season 4 pair reunited after the season and even shared a kiss. However, neither of them appears to be pursuing a serious relationship. Today, they remain friendly and wish each other well.
Jenna is currently working as a second stew in Europe. Eddy is based in the United Kingdom, where he is playing rugby and working on advancing his yachting career.
Barbie Pascual
Yes, Barbie did join the season late, but she definitely left a lasting impression.
Since filming ended, Barbie has settled in Miami. She is now working in administration for a large company. She remains a close friend with Ellie and several other cast members.
Barbie said she continues to focus on personal growth and her conversion to Judaism.
Betul Yazici on ‘Below Deck Down Under’
Of all the Season 4 cast, the biggest news came from Betul.
After filming wrapped, the deckhand revealed she got married. She is now working aboard a yacht in Italy and is gaining experience in multiple departments, including as a crew chef.
Betul is hoping to eventually find a yacht position that allows her and her husband to work together.
Mike Durrant
Yes, Mike’s season ended with his firing, but he has taken the experience on “Below Deck Down Under” as a learning opportunity.
He said he has reached out to Daisy to apologize for his behavior. He said he now agrees with the decision that ended his time aboard Katina.
Since his time on the show, Mike has continued working on short yacht contracts while also building an online events business.
Whether they’re launching new careers, pursuing romance, or navigating life on new yachts around the world, the “Below Deck Down Under” Season 4 cast is proving there’s plenty of adventure left after the cameras stop rolling.
