“Below Deck Med” season 10 is coming to an end, but one last charter includes a lively group of New Jersey residents. Among the charter guests is former reality TV star Karen Gravano, who became known for stirring up drama on VH1’s “Mob Wives.”

In a clip of the Jan. 19 episode, Captain Sandy Yawn is seen having a preference sheet meeting with her deck crew; meanwhile, chief stew Aesha Scott informs her interior crew about the new guests.

Scott shares that the primary charter guest is named Jennifer, a New Jersey resident who owns a few MedSpas. Then we hear Captain Sandy sharing more information on Gravano:

“Karen is a New York Times best-selling author who has written about being a daughter of mob boss Sammy “The Bull” Gravano,” she shares, adding, “We better behave ourselves.”

As Captain Sandy and Scott review the group’s preferred activities for their yacht stay, the group wants a beachside lunch on their second day. However, with a storm brewing, the plan may be in jeopardy. Viewers have seen time and again how unhappy guests can get when they’re unable to leave the dock, and with this high-energy group, it could spell trouble.

Gravano continued to lean into her mafia background, appearing on MTV’s two-season series “Families of the Mafia,” which also featured her daughter, Karina Seabrook, and her father, Sammy Gravano.

According to her Instagram bio, Gravano works as a licensed aesthetician at The Body Depot in Hazlet, New Jersey.
