“Summer House” star Carl Radke shared an update on his status with “Southern Charm” alum Venita Aspen. The Bravo TV personalities made headlines for a lingering date in New York City, but was it one and done?
Speaking with Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea in February 2026, Radke revealed he is heavily focused on his newly launched business, Soft Bar + Cafe. He also shared that he’s had “a couple girls come in for dates”—including Aspen, who lives in Charlotte, NC.
“Venita had been here in November,” Radke said, adding that his “Summer House” co-star Bailey Taylor had also been in the bar for a date with him.
“Bailey’s been here a couple times,” he shared. “I love Bailey. Venita is great. It’s been friendly, but you know, some time has passed since, you know, we went on that date,” he added of Aspen. “We had a good time. She’s awesome. But there is a significant distance between the two places that we live. And you know I just had a lot I’ve had a lot going on. But I am dating. Just keep my eyes open.”

BravoRadke previously said he was taking things slow with Aspen following their date last fall.
According to People magazine, the bar owner addressed the situation at an event at 92NY in New York City last month, confirming that he was still “talking” to Aspen.
“It’s been… we’ve had fun,” he said of spending time with the :Summer House” star. “She came to Soft Bar. We went to a restaurant in Brooklyn, had a really nice time. And there’s a lot to talk about between two shows that have been going back and forth.”
“She’s really sweet,” Radke added, noting that after their hangout in November, he saw Aspen in London in December for a Bravo event. He added that other people from Bravo were also there, so it wasn’t a dating situation.
“She lives in Charleston, [I’m] in New York City, so we’ve all seen how that goes,” he added, referring to the doomed long-distance “Summer House,” “Southern Charm” romance between Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover that ended in late 2024.

Aspen addressed her relationship with Radke during a January 2026 appearance on ”Watch What Happens Live.” She called her connection with Radke a “situationship” and admitted it was slow going.
“We’re taking it one day at a time, going on dates and trying to get to know each other better,” she told host Andy Cohen, noting that Radke was a “very hard worker.”
Radke ended his relationship with his former fiancé Lindsay Hubbard while filming “Summer House” in August 2023. Aspen confirmed her split from her beau Manny Houston in early January 2025, when she revealed on “Southern Charm” that he moved to New York City to pursue a career on Broadway.

Even if they were both *retired* individuals……long distance is a relationship dream killer. Someone has to make the move, and now is not the timing for either of these folks.

She is a very mean girl and very vindictive lady. For no reason she started to” hate” Craig Conover over something he felt betrayed over. With her who really wasn’t a friend to Paige but stuck her nose into their breakup. So Craig was pretty upset over and said something to her and her nose got out of joint and started to really talk lots of crap to any body who would listen to her. Her so called “BESTIE” Sally was hanging out with Craif and had some feelings for him and Venita said to Sally you choose either me or Craig. And Sally said I’m not going to stop hanging out with Craig. Then vengeful Venita said don’t come crying when he breaks your heart. Her own mo. Told her to talk to Sally and apologize to Sally but when Venita found that Craig put Sally in the friend zone she laugh and said I told you. Sally said why are you laughing when I’m hurt. And also said I don’t find it funny at all. So the brat in Venita got up from the pajama party and went home like a spoiled little girl. Really Carl watch your back with this one. She’s a real nut job. I think she’s fought with almost every woman on the show. And now she’s butting into Craig’s business with his break up with Craig.
