‘Vanderpump Rules’ Alum Lala Kent Reveals She Has a New Man

Lala Kent is giving fans an honest, heartfelt update on her love life as she continues to navigate relationships after her high-profile split from fiancé Randall Emmett, offering a glimpse into where she stands now on the romantic front.

She revealed she has a new man in her life!

Kent made the announcement while appearing on Access Hollywood’s “Housewives Nightcap” on December 26.

“I have someone who I’ve been communicating with,” she said. “He gets me giddy, and we’ll see where it goes. We’re just gonna have fun with it.”

Though she made it clear the two are still in the beginning stages.

She didn’t give anymore information on who the mystery man could be.

Kent Says She’s Enjoying Being Around Younger Men

The 35-year-old said she has been enjoying younger guys.

“I’m finding the younger men, they got some pep in their step,” Kent added. “The younger men, they say they love that you have your own thing going on, and they actually mean it. They want you to be out there empowering yourself. For me, I’m like, ‘Oh, this is a great fit, because I don’t need anything from you… You can be here to cheer me on and look amazing.’ And I feel like I have a young spirit.”

“The Vanderpump Rules” alum and “The Valley” personality has spoken candidly about being open to connection while still prioritizing her family and personal growth — a balance many followers have watched evolve over the past year.

Kent Previously Said She Was Avoiding the Word ‘Dating’

In late 2025, Kent reflected on how her approach to dating has shifted since her breakup with Emmett, the father of her daughter, Ocean.

During a BravoCon 2025 discussion, she revealed she’s talking to men again, a change from earlier in the year when she intentionally kept things casual and avoided defining her encounters as “dating.”

Kent explained she once avoided the term because it implied a level of potential that she wasn’t ready for, preferring instead to stay open to good experiences where connection happened naturally.

“I used to hate the word dating… because it seems there’s potential when you use the word dating,” Kent said at the event.

She added that in embracing a mindset of “choosing my peace,” she’s allowed space for someone special to enter her life without pressure or expectation.

The reality star’s candid take reflects how much her priorities have evolved — especially as a mother of two and an entrepreneur.

Kent has been clear that while she’s open to the idea of romance again, her children and personal well-being remain at the forefront of her focus.
