Season 19 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” has been a whirlwind, leaving fans wondering about the historic RHOC season 20. Katie Ginella found herself feuding with nearly everyone, Tamra Judge briefly quit before returning, and Gretchen Rossi shocked fans by making a comeback after 12 years to stir up drama with Tamra. Now, with season 20 on the horizon, reports suggest Bravo is gearing up for one of the most pivotal cast shake-ups in franchise history.
Who’s Returning Full-Time For RHOC Season 20
According to Bravo and Cocktails sources, Bravo plans to retain all current housewives for the milestone season. “If someone doesn’t return, it’ll be on their own accord,” the outlet reported. As of now, Judge, Heather Dubrow, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti, and Ginella are expected to hold full-time orange status.
Producers are also looking to add two new women with genuine ties to the group. Among those rumored are Heather Amin, actress Noureen DeWulf, and another woman from Rossi or Dubrow’s social circles. Another possibility is “The Valley” star Jesse Lally’s girlfriend, Lacy Nicole.
OG favorites are also expected to make appearances. Shannon Beador, Vicki Gunvalson, and Rossi are reportedly slated for “friend of” roles, alongside cameos from franchise alums including Jeana Keough, Lauri Peterson, Jo De La Rosa, Lizzie Rovsek, and Meghan King.
Alexis Bellino’s Potential Return And Shannon Beador’s Reduced Role
One of the biggest questions is whether Alexis Bellino will be back full-time. Bellino was last featured in season 18, where she clashed with Beador after beginning a relationship — and later an engagement — with John Janssen, Beador’s ex-boyfriend. The drama escalated when Janssen sued Beador for $75,000, and Bellino eventually claimed she “was not asked back.”
Bravo and Cocktails also reported that producers are reconsidering that decision. “Producers have begun eyeing a full-time return for Alexis Bellino to spotlight her pre- and post-marital journey with John Janssen,” the outlet claimed, adding that executives may regret choosing Beador over Bellino. Sources also alleged Beador has been “increasingly difficult to film with, refusing to reconcile with certain castmates and experiencing frequent emotional meltdowns.”
If rumors are true, Bellino could return as a full-time housewife, while Beador would be offered a reduced “friend” role. Rossi would also return as a friend — but only if she exits season 19 “on a decent note.” Ginella, meanwhile, is reportedly expected to leave the show altogether.
With Bellino recently celebrating her bridal shower — an event attended by Judge and alum De La Rosa — it seems Bravo may be laying the groundwork for her big return.
RHOC season 20 is expected to begin filming in February 2026 and air later in the year on Bravo.
