RHONY Cast Shake-Up Leaves Only 3 Returning, Andy Cohen Speaks Out

The RHONY cast is once again in chaos for season 16. Months after Brynn Whitfield and Rebecca Minkoff confirmed their exits, new reports claim that only three women from the season 15 cast are expected to return, while producers prepare to introduce several fresh faces.

With BravoCon around the corner and Andy Cohen dropping hints, season 16 is shaping up to be one of the most unpredictable yet.

Erin Lichy, Sai De Silva, and Jessel Taank Confirmed for Season 16

According to a September 12 report from Bravo and Cocktails, Erin Lichy, 38, Sai De Silva, 44, and Jessel Taank, 45, will return for the milestone season. All three are expected to attend BravoCon in Las Vegas this November as representatives of the new cast.

Meanwhile, Jenna Lyons, 57, is reportedly on the fence, while Ubah Hassan, 42, and Racquel Chevremont, 54, were not mentioned in the outlet’s update. This leaves much of the season 15 lineup in limbo as Bravo retools the group dynamic.

Whitfield, 39, and Minkoff, 44, had already announced their departures earlier this year.

While some fan favorites may be stepping aside, producers appear ready to bring in big names and are reportedly focusing on moms with young kids like Lichy, De Silva, and Taank. Bravo and Cocktails also reported that “TODAY Show” host Sheinelle Jones, Martha Stewart’s makeup artist Nicole Daisy Toye, celebrity stylist June Ambrose, real estate developer Erika Faye Jones, and hotelier Sarah Wetenhall are all in the final stages of casting.

Andy Cohen Teases RHONY Cast Future

Andy Cohen fueled speculation during a recent episode of “Andy Cohen Live” on SiriusXM. “New housewives are confirmed,” Cohen revealed, though he declined to share specifics. When co-host Sean Avery asked if four seats were being filled, Cohen replied, “I can neither confirm nor deny.”

As for Hassan’s future, Avery pressed further, asking, “Is Ubah coming back?” Cohen dodged the question, saying only, “We will see.”

Cohen acknowledged the transition while praising the franchise’s evolving nature. “A few have been determined,” he said, noting that Bravo executives are still finalizing the full cast lineup.

Avery praised Hassan as one of the standouts of the rebooted cast, saying, “I love somebody that can go from zero to 180 in like a matter of seconds, and she was fun. Wild. I didn’t know what she was thinking at any point in time.”
