Riley Burruss is starting the new year by looking back on a milestone-filled 2025. The “Next Gen NYC” cast member shared a detailed Instagram recap highlighting personal wins, family moments, and rare glimpses into her private love life.
“Rileys 2025 wrapped,” Burruss captioned the 17-slide carousel, which documented travel, celebrations, and time spent with loved ones.

One of the most talked-about moments from the recap appeared on slide No. 5, which showed Burruss smiling as her boyfriend stood closely behind her. While she did not share any details about the photo, it marked one of her clearest looks yet at the relationship.
Burruss first teased the romance in July, when she posted a photo of her boyfriend kissing her on the cheek. She later confirmed the relationship during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” where she joined her mother, Kandi Burruss.
“I think everyone knows I like to keep my life private, but now, you know—” Burruss said before host Andy Cohen pointed out her reality TV status.
“I still try to keep my love life, you know, close to my heart,” Burruss added. When reminded that she shared the photo herself, she laughed and said, “I didn’t know people would care.”
“This is the first time this has happened to her,” Kandy added, “So I sent it to our family group chat. I said, ‘Riley, you made it! The blogs picked up your boyfriend!’”
The ‘Next Gen NYC’ Star Celebrates Christmas With Her Boyfriend and Family
The couple’s relationship milestone continued into the holidays. Burruss and her boyfriend celebrated their first Christmas together, as seen in a family photo shared by Kandi on Dec. 25.
“Merry Christmas Everyone!!!!!!” Kandi wrote. “Praying that everyone is enjoying their Christmas!”
The photo included Burruss, her boyfriend, Kandi, Todd Tucker, and Burruss’ younger siblings, Ace Tucker, 9, and Blaze Tucker, 6. Todd’s eldest daughter, Kaela Tucker, and family friend Katrina C. Willis were also present. The group posed in matching pajamas in front of a Christmas tree.
Todd reshared the image with the message, “Cherish the moments with your family this Christmas. May you all have a Merry Christmas!”

Burruss’ 2025 recap also highlighted her relationship with Kaela. Slide No. 4 showed the stepsisters smiling together during a trip to Shanghai Disneyland. The family vacation took place in June and included Kandi, Todd, and Burruss’ younger siblings.
At BravoCon 2025, Burruss shared that she met her boyfriend through Kaela. “How did I find [him]? You know, I met him through my sister,” she said during the Thank U, Next Gen panel on Nov. 16.
Burruss also explained why her boyfriend has stayed mostly out of the public eye. “Mine actually likes me to be the main character,” she said. “So, he lets me shine my light… He may make an appearance. You’ll have to tune in. He’s amazing.”
