Although Bravo’s “Vanderpump Rules” has been completely rebooted with a brand new cast, longtime fans of the series are still keeping up with the show’s former stars.
Recently, “The Valley” star Brittany Cartwright shared photos from a Christmas party where she rocked her bold new hairstyle. While the reality star looked stunning as she showed off her mommy makeover, it was who she snapped selfies with that night that made fans miss the former cast.
Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute & Ariana Madix Reunite
Fans got the ultimate holiday surprise when former “Vanderpump Rules” stars Brittany Cartwright, Kristen Doute, and Ariana Madix attended the same Christmas party, even reuniting for photos together.
Cartwright shared several snaps of the night on Instagram, with all three women turning heads in matching all-red looks, clearly the party’s dress code. The first photo featured a cute selfie with her “The Valley” co-star Doute, while the second showed Cartwright posing with Madix as the duo showed off their glam ensembles, with Cartwright also debuting her fresh new bangs.
In fact, all three women snapped a selfie together, beaming as they reunited. It was a real treat for longtime VPR fans, especially since Madix doesn’t appear on “The Valley” with her former co-stars.
Fans quickly took to the comment section to share how elated they were to see these OGs reunite.
“Third picture is iconic!! My favorites,” a comment read, which referenced the three women together. “It’s like I’m seeing my “tv daughters” all grown up and looking beautiful!❤️🎄,” another comment read.
“So nice to see Ariana with you and Kristen 😍,” another read.
Fans hadn’t seen Cartwright, Doute, and Madix together on TV since “Vanderpump Rules” season 8, right after Cartwright and Doute were both fired, making this reunion all the more exciting for viewers.
Cartwright Debuts Her Mommy Makeover
In October, Cartwright shared with her Instagram followers that she had major procedures done to her body, something that she’s been wanting “to do for years.” Sharing a selfie with bandages around her mid-section with two surgical drains attached, she captioned it: “When they said “remove what no longer serves you,” I took it literally 💅.”
She added, “In all seriousness, y’all know I always keep it real — and sooo…I did a thing💕 Something I’ve wanted to do for years and I finally took the step for me. I couldn’t be happier.”
According to Bravo, Cartwright later revealed that she had undergone “a tummy tuck, liposuction, a breast implant revision, a breast lift, and abdominal reconstruction.”
In an updated Instagram post three weeks after her surgeries, Cartwright debuted her new look with another mirror selfie. She shared, “I’m so happy with my decision, do whatever makes you happy with your own body and lift other women up always! Everyone may not take the route I chose and I truly believe a woman’s body is incredible no matter what and deserves all the love! 🩷🩷”
Madix Remains Close to One Former VPR Star
GettyIt was such a treat to see Madix reunite with her former “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars. Since the series with the original cast wrapped up after season 11, following Tom Sandoval’s cheating scandal that shook up the cast dynamic, she hasn’t stayed particularly close with most of her former castmates.
However, Madix does keep close to Katie Maloney, who is also her business partner. The women have been running their sandwich shop, Something About Her, since May 2024.
As for Maloney, she, too, remains close to just Madix and her ex-husband, Tom Schwartz. “I’ve talked to Ariana and I talked to Tom Schwartz, but that’s it,” Katie said. “I mean, Ariana and I have very, very similar thoughts and feelings,” she said (via Bravo).
Fans may even get a glimpse of Madix and Maloney together again on screen. The trailer for “Vanderpump Rules” season 12 (which debuted on Dec. 2) shows two cast members having lunch and spilling the latest tea at Something About Her!
Out of the whole group from day one Kristen , Katie and Ariana were the only ones who weren’t spoiled brats and were and still are the type of girls that say say “What you see is what you get”
There wasn’t a phony bone in their bodies. They were true to themselves all through the beginning until the end. And out of the boys on the show I must say Jax was as real as he could be. He knew he couldn’t stay faithful to anyone and he knew he was a screw up. But he was real. Not like Scandoval who he had everyone fooled. But him and Schwartz were both cheaters from day one but never did they admit it that t h ey were scumbags. Both treated their woman like crap but always tried to make the viewers believe it was their woman who were the blame. But we all found out the truth in the end.
