Gabrielle Union made it clear that she was going to make the most of her 50s during her 2023 reality docuseries, which was aptly titled “Gabrielle Union: My Journey to 50.” Now, the 53-year-old star has made it clear that she’s still enjoying what life has to offer her during this particular period by sharing a glimpse at her ongoing family vacation.
Gabrielle Looks Happy, Stylish and Fabulous This Summer
On Tuesday, August 18, Union shared an Instagram post that featured both photos and videos of the trip she’s enjoing with her family, including her husband, former professional basketball player Dwyane Wade, and their loved ones.
Union added a caption to her post (which was later edited) that included mini descriptions of each image, writing, “A week in Martha’s Vineyard 🌸. My Baywatch moment. The crew. Let’s hear it for [Michael Kors]. Forever our shady baby. Sweet summertime. Let me get a solo shot. East coast summers. Our nightly sweet treat at [Mad Martha’s Ice Cream] 🍦 Besties for life. My two favorite girls. Stop and smell the flowers. Ocean dip. He’s still got it. Kaav loved the gingerbread homes. Better together 💙 Walking into the polar plunge. My lil nugget is growing up. Older broads take the waves. Summer love.”
In the gallery, you can check out the star and her companions visiting area attractions, appreciating nature and hanging out with friends. You can also see the group enjoying the beach, spending time in the water and soaking up the sun.
That’s not to mention both photos and a video of Union looking fabulous in various bikinis. For instance, she poses with her husband and daughter while wearing a multicolored two-piece swimsuit in one pic and can be seen running away from the water in a blue bikini in a video. And are we obsessed with her fashionable outfits, curly hair and joyful smile? Yes, we definitely are!
Gabrielle Has Shared More Glimpses of Her Vacation
There’s no doubt that Union’s current getaway is perfectly picturesque, which is why she’s made sure to capture as many moments as possible as well as post them on social media so that her followers can see how she’s been enjoying her trip. And while she did just that in her recent Instagram post, she has also shared plenty of other photos that give her fans a chance to live vicariously through the star.
For instance, on August 7, Union took to Instagram to share a post that saw her smiling while standing by the water and having dinner with a friend, along with shots of shells, tomatoes and flowers (see above). In the caption, she wrote, “East coast summer.”
That was followed by a post that Union shared on August 13, that showed Wade in a light yellow swimsuit and the actress in a chic red and white bikini. This time, she added a caption saying, “Our happy place 🌊❤️”
Then on August 17, she popped up another post, noting that it was “the good stuff” while sharing photos of her making memories during a vacation that she’ll surely never forget.
