Helen Hunt is one of Hollywood’s most celebrated and recognizable talents, with some of her most memorable work including her roles in “As Good as It Gets,” “Twister,” and the television show “Mad About You.” But when she stepped out in Paris, France, to attend Stella McCartney WI26 Show at Le Grand Manege Jean Caucana, she impressed fans for another reason: her beauty.

GettyHunt is 62, and she has chosen to age gracefully and embrace her natural gray hair. She wore it in a short, side-swept bob, which looked great on her and complemented her features. In the photos, she is wearing a striking white blouse and gray skirt, with red heels to add a pop of color to her otherwise monochromatic look.

Helen Hunt Embraces Aging
Hunt has opened up about Hollywood’s unrealistic beauty standards and the pressure that comes with them in an interview with Flow Space in June 2025. “It felt impossible not to internalize the way you’re supposed to look,” she said. “And [there was] a certain amount of misery and shame around not looking exactly that way.”
She continued, “I realized, ‘This could quietly ruin your whole life.’ I made a decision: I’m not playing. Not gonna [let it] take up a lot of space in my mind.”
Hunt has found happiness within herself and in her love life. She is in a relationship with Jeffrey Nordling, whom she reconnected with four years ago. “We dated in 1988!” she said. “I’ve never really talked about that. And I always thought he was lovely and sweet and talented and dreamy. We both had very different lives for decades, and then, in some crazy way, found each other again.”
On January 24, 2026, Hunt posted a photo of herself and Nordling on Instagram to celebrate their fourth anniversary. The comment section is filled with loving and supportive messages, including red heart emojis. “Ahhhh happy anniversary can’t wait to celebrate you,” a fan wrote. “Beautiful. Love you both so much,” another person wrote.
“Happy Anniversary, you beautiful two. Love you both so much, and I am beyond grateful to see Helen so happy,” a third comment reads. Other reactions include, “love this picture,” and “You both look blissed out.”
