WCTH Star Lori Loughlin Takes a Quiet Step Forward After a Year of Big Changes

Hallmark’s “When Calls the Heart” star Lori Loughlin has been making major changes in her personal life over the past year. After separating from her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, the pair has how sold two homes they owned together.

Lori Loughlin & Mossimo Giannulli Sold Their La Quinta Property

According to Realtor.com, Loughlin and Giannulli recently sold the home they owned in La Quinta, California. This follows the sale of their home in the Hidden Hills community, which turned out to be much more difficult to sell.

The La Quinta home that Giannulli and Loughlin sold, Realtor.com notes, seemed to have been quietly done off-market. The site shares that the couple sold it for $16.5 million, and it was never publicly listed on the MLS.

Loughlin and Giannulli bought the home just four years ago for $12.6 million. In September 2021, The Real Deal noted that Loughlin and Giannuilli purchased the propery in an off-market deal as well.

The property is in a gated golf community named the Madison Club and has about 9,400 square feet of living space. It has five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms indoors.

The main living area of the home has floor-to-ceiling windows that can be retracted to open up to the backyard. The exterior includes an infinity-edge swimming pool among its luxurious assets.

The High-End Property Is in an Exclusive Area

The New York Post also reported on the purchase of the property in September 2021. The media outlet noted that the exclusive gated community where the home is located has plenty of other celebrities in the neighborhood.

Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Scooter Braun, and Cindy Crawford are among those who also owned homes there when Giannulli and Loughlin bought their property.

The home was built in 2019. Before Loughlin and Giannulli purchased it, tech startup Assurance co-founder Michael Rowell and his wife, Alexis Rowell, owned the home.

Filled with high-end features, the home has a wine cellar, an outdoor fireplace, an indoor movie theater, and an outdoor movie space. The home also has both an indoor spa room and an outdoor spa, as well as a secondary pool secondary spa. In addition, the property has a separate guesthouse.

After nearly a decade away from “When Calls the Heart,” Loughlin is returning to the beloved series as Abigail Stanton. Hallmark revealed Loughlin would be back for six episodes in the season that premieres in January 2027.

  1. Now if they only bring back Garage Sale Mysteries – that show had a cast that just was fabulous together.
And there were good story lines.
