Nathan Dean Parsons Returns to ‘General Hospital’ in April
As Nathan gears up to be in full-on dad mode, he’s also preparing to reprise his role in “General Hospital” as Ethan Lovett. His role was killed off six years ago in 2020, Entertainment Weekly reported. However, after the tragic and sudden death of actor Anthony Geary, who played Nathan’s on-screen dad, Luke Spencer, the hit soap opera felt that it was only right to be able to work one of Luke’s GH sons back into the storyline as a way to honor the late star who passed away in December 2025.
“General Hospital” executive producer Frank Valentini shared how excited he is to have Nathan step back into his GH role this April, telling TV Insider, “We are so excited that Nathan Dean is returning to General Hospital as Ethan this April. We have a great story planned — with, of course, a few twists along the way.”
