Drew Scott has released what might be the most adorable picture yet of his one-year-old daughter Piper.
The HGTV star just posted a video on Instagram that has fans’ hearts melting.
The clip shows tiny little Piper in onesie pajamas covered in cartoon animals and plants sound asleep, standing up and leaning onto a child-sized chair.
The little girl’s arms and head are resting on the chair set. In the caption, Drew wrote, “Is sleep standing normal?” And over the video, Drew typed the question, “Parents, what’s the funniest place you’ve found your kids asleep in?!”

Another wrote, “Any thing goes when your so adorable! 🥰”
But a number chimed in to reassure the toddler’s dad that it’s totally normal.
One fan related, “My son fell asleep on his potty chair. I have a picture somewhere…he’s 28 now & we still tease him about it”
Another commented, “Mine youngest would sleep in the hallway so you would have to step over him to use the bathroom. 😂”
And still another wrote, “I used to do this or fall asleep half climbing into a chair. Embrace this phase while it lasts ❤️”
Piper Has Been a Jet Setter All Summer
To be fair, little Piper Scott has had a very busy summer, so it makes sense that she’s tuckered out.
Her Property Brother dad and wife Linda Phan took Piper and her three-year-old brother Parker along on a two week visit to Scotland, Germany, Italy and Switzerland over the summer.
In an episode of the podcast “Rodiculous,” Drew said, “Imagine traveling, it was ten people. We had a one-year-old, a three-year-old, a 91-year-old, an 81-year-old and Linda’s parents as well.”
Drew went on, “It was a lot but we went to my dad’s hometown in Scotland. He’s from Scotland. It was a small town. And then we went and stayed in a castle. It was amazing. And I love touring castles. In fact, that’s what got me into architecture as a kid, seeing all these stone castles and the ruins as well.”
Drew Jokes About Piper’s First- and Second- Words
While special moments like finding Piper asleep standing up surely bring a smile to Drew Scott’s face, not everything is going exactly the way he hoped with fatherhood.
Drew Scott revealed to People that Piper’s first word wasn’t “dada” and neither was her second!
“’Mama’ was her first word, and she would say it all the time,” Drew said. “And then months are going by. I’m like, ‘Come on. ‘Dada, dada, dada, dada.’ Her second word — ‘Hippo.’ Her stuffy is a hippo. Her second word was ‘hippo.’ I’m like, ‘You can’t even say Dada before Hippo?’ “ Drew laughed.
But all’s well that ends well for the proud dad. “Now she’s saying ‘Dada,’ so I’m happy,” he adds.
