Tarek El Moussa is making sure his wife Heather Rae El Moussa is feeling the birthday love.
Tarek put up a post on Instagram celebrating Heather’s 38th birthday with a carousel of pictures- one from every year they’ve been together.
In the post, the HGTV star wrote, “Well… I can finally say my queen is officially older than I was when we met 6 years ago!! But somehow, she still looks 28 ❤️ We’ve done so much over these last 6 birthdays, and I can’t wait to see what the next 6 hold. I hope you take today to appreciate and enjoy how far you’ve come. I’m proud to call you my wife and the best mom to the kids I could have ever asked for. We love and adore you, and I hope you’re enjoying your special day. Me & you ❤️❤️❤️”
The first picture shows the pair posing during a quick birthday getaway somewhere tropical, that Heather posted about on her Instagram account a few days before.

Tarek El Moussa’s birthday tribute to his wife Heather offered a sweet throwback, showing pictures of the pair taken every year that they’ve been together since first falling in love in 2019.
The couple snuck away for a few days just before Heather’s big day, for an early celebration at the beach. In an Instagram post about the getaway, Heather wrote, “Thank you my love for the sweetest early birthday getaway🌴 It was everything I needed to kick off a full week ahead. My heart is so full —feeling extra grateful today.❤️✨”
Tarek El Moussa Is Wife Heather’s Biggest Supporter
Tarek El Moussa calls himself his wife’s “biggest supporter.”
And that’s more than just talk. In recent days, Tarek accompanied Heather on a press tour to promote her beauty line “Heather Rae Essentials.”
In an Instagram post, she wrote, “he way this community has embraced HRE Beauty already means the world to me. And having Tarek by my side through it all made the moment even sweeter. 🤍”
For his part, Tarek posted a video of the press tour on Instagram captioned “Forever my wife’s biggest supporter…” The video showed Tarek staying right by Heather’s side as they moved from interview to interview. In the caption, Tarek wrote, “Full-time hype man. 👏🏻❤️” And Heather was quick to respond, commenting, “❤️❤️❤️❤️aweee love you honey”
Tarek has even sat in as a model and let Heather apply her “lippie” glosses to him for an Instagram post.
In the post, he wrote, “Trying My Wife’s Lip Glosses… Send Help 😂💋” but Heather was quick to thank him in the comments, writing, “such a supportive husband, love you honey!”
