Justin Bieber has many people who love him and want the best for him. When his mom, Pattie Mallette, asked fans for prayers, they responded with an outpouring of love and support. Now, the “Baby” musician has seemingly responded to his mom’s message and brushed off her concerns.
Justin Bieber Reacts to His Mom’s Post
Bieber revealed the prayers he needed and didn’t need when he replied in the comment section of his mom’s Instagram post on October 6. ”Only thing I need healing from is my rolled pinky toe from playing ping pong,” he wrote. His comment comes weeks after Mallette first made her post on Instagram on September 22.
Bieber’s comment has been liked over 7,000 times by fans as a show of support. There have also been many reactions to what he has said. Fans have said they are still praying for him, that they love him, or used encouraging words. “Live yr beautiful life brother u are a free man in a free world,” a comment reads. “We’re praying for you always Justin,” another person shared.
Pattie Mallette Asks for Prayers
Bieber’s comment comes weeks after Mallette made a lengthy post about her faith and how she wanted the best for her son. It also includes several photos of Bieber, and highlights a shirt he is wearing that reads, “Pray For Me.” Bieber has been open about his faith, which he has often discussed publicly.
“We’re cheering you on and praying for you always Justin,” Mallette began. “I declare freedom, strength, clarity, and healing over you Justin. Every chain of fear, confusion, heaviness, and pain—be broken in Jesus’ name. Holy Spirit, surround him with TRUTH, LIGHT, and PROTECTION. HEAL EVERY WOUND in his heart, mind and body, seen and unseen, restore what’s been stolen, and cover him in WHOLENESS. Fill him to OVERFLOWING with Your LOVE and COMFORT.”
She also discussed God’s “healing grace” and encouraged fans to respond. “Say amen if you agree,” she ended her message.
At the time, fans flooded the comment section with messages of support. “Amen Pattie, Remind him for me we are going through this together, and Gods plan will always ultimately prevail,” a common reads.
“I’m so proud of him I’m so lucky to have spent my childhood with an artist like Justin,” another person shared. “I always pray for you Justin AMEN,” a third comment reads.
Some fans believe that the shirt Bieber is wearing is promoting his new album, “Swag II.” He wore a “Pray for Me” shirt in the music video for the “Swag II” track “Speed Demon,” People reports.
