Meghan Trainor looked stunning in a bikini during her latest family getaway.
The former “The Voice UK” mentor, 32, went on a fun glamping holiday in a luxury RV with her husband, Daryl Sabara, and their three children: Riley, 5, Barry, 3, and Mikey, 8 months.
Trainor gave fans a glimpse of their family getaway at Lake Tahoe, including a photo of herself looking stunning in a black bikini while enjoying a canoe ride with her husband. Another shot showed the “All About That Bass” hitmaker doting on her kids.
Meghan Trainor Looking Better Than Ever
Trainor’s enviable figure continues to wow fans amid her weight loss journey. The singer, who has been open about her body transformation, has also spoken candidly about her use of Mounjaro.
On April 1, 2025, Trainor revealed in an Instagram post that she and her husband have been taking Mounjaro, which played a huge role in their dramatic weight loss.
“No, I don’t look like I did 10 years ago. I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me,” the singer wrote at the time. “I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.”
Meghan Trainor Works Hard to Maintain Figure
Bella Maher, who has been Trainor’s personal trainer since 2024, reiterated that the singer had been working hard to transform her body even before taking the medication.
“She did so much of this on her own before ever introducing a GLP-1, and even after starting it, the medication was simply a support, not the reason for her results,” Maher wrote on Instagram. “GLP-1s can be a powerful tool, but they’re certainly not a transformation plan. SHE is the reason this worked.”
In the past, Trainor revealed that she’s been trying to “biohack” her body to slow down the aging process.
“So anything that’ll help me age backward, I’m into it,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I just learned about the NADs. I was like, ‘Make me Hailey Bieber, I’ll do it, I’ll take it.’ I’m trying all the things. I love a doctor explaining stuff to me.”
Family Comes First
Trainor’s husband and children are her main motivation for staying fit. In 2022, the singer opened up about the challenges she faced with her body after giving birth.
In an interview with TODAY, Trainor admitted that her postpartum C-section scars threw cold water on her self-esteem.
“Looking down on it, that’s what made me not feel sexy when I was trying to hook up with my husband,” she said. “And he was like, ‘You’re perfect, you’re beautiful, I love your scars’ and I was like, ‘Yes, but I don’t. And I have to enjoy this process as well.'”
Eventually, Trainor focused on eating healthier and exercising regularly to feel better about herself. She also said that motherhood was “definitely the biggest motivator ever to take care of yourself.”
“If I take care of myself forever,” Trainor added, “I can live forever and take care of him.”
