Jerry Ferrara is celebrating another joyful milestone.
The “Entourage” star, 46, announced on Tuesday, Feb. 17, that he and his wife, Breanne, have welcomed their third child together — a baby boy named Jesse Charles Ferrara.

The couple’s newest addition was born on Saturday, Jan. 31. Ferrara shared the news on Instagram alongside a series of intimate family photos taken shortly after Jesse’s birth.
In one image, Ferrara is seen lying in bed beside Breanne as she cradles their newborn on her chest. Their two older sons, Jacob Michael, 6, and James, 4, are also pictured snuggled close to their parents and baby brother.
Additional photos show the proud dad holding Jesse on his chest and sweet moments of the brothers meeting their newest sibling.
“On 1/31 I became the luckiest guy in the world again. Somehow I’m blessed with another SON,” Ferrara wrote in his caption.
He continued with a heartfelt reflection on fatherhood, writing, “I fully accept the opportunity to raise 3 strong, caring, good hearted men who hopefully help people. I will die trying to accomplish this mission. But will also make sure I take the time to enjoy every single moment of the journey. Say hello to Jesse Charles Ferrara.”
Following the announcement, fans flooded the comments with well-wishes, with one writing, “Your very own Entourage, congratulations to you all” and another adding, “This family keeps getting more and more beautiful by the day. Congratulations to all of you!”

Ferrara has long been open about how much becoming a father means to him.
When the couple announced they were expecting their first child, the actor spoke candidly about the significance of parenthood in light of his own upbringing, writing, “It’s been a long journey and we both cannot be more excited for parenthood. Growing up without a father means this is the most important job/thing I’ll ever do,” he wrote.
When the couple welcomed their second son in 2021, Ferrara again marked the occasion with an emotional Instagram tribute.
“My heart is so full and we are ready to do our best to raise good men! To my 2 boys I promise to always love you and to be there for you in every way I can be,” Ferrara shared at the time.
Now, years into fatherhood, Ferrara continues to lean into the role he once called the most important job he’ll ever have.
