Andy Cohen has a new idea for “Real Housewives of New Jersey” casting—and he came up with it in the middle of a taping of “Watch What Happens Live.” In January 2026, the Bravo host was downright giddy as he pitched an idea to former NFL stars Devin and Jason McCourty about their wives joining the “Real Housewives“ franchise.
On the Jan. 15 episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” the McCourty twins manned the Bravo Clubhouse bar. They shared details on their philanthropic efforts with Inspire Change, where they serve as ambassadors.
Cohen appeared impressed by the identical twin brothers and their service to the community. He then told them, “I got my eye on both of your wives for the Jersey Housewives.”
As the crowd buzzed, Cohen added, “They live in Franklin Lakes, they live in Franklin Lakes!”
Franklin Lakes is the New Jersey community where Melissa Gorga currently lives, and former RHONJ stars Kathy Wakile and Jacqueline Laurita have owned homes.
The 14th season of RHONJ starred Gorga, Teresa Giudice, Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania, Jennifer Aydin, Danielle Cabral, and Rachel Fuda, as well as “friends” Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler. Casting for Season 15 has been in limbo for nearly two years amid talk of a reboot or cast shakeup.

BravoCohen brought up his casting idea multiple times throughout the WWHL episode. After guests Dorit Kemsley and Brad Goreski addressed the recent reconciliation of long-estranged RHONJ cast members Gorga and Giudice, confirming it was “real,” Cohen looked to the McCourtys for reaction.
“Devin and Jason don’t know what we’re talking about right now, but they’re going to,” Cohen teased. “They’re going to [when they’re on the show].”
On the WWHL After show, Cohen brought the subject up again, describing the NFL brothers as “my new colleagues.”
“‘Literally, I’m writing the email right now,” the Bravo host declared.
The McCourty Twins Are Both Married With 3 Kids Each
Jason and Devin McCourty, 38, both played college football for Rutgers, which is the same university Giudice’s daughter Gia graduated from. The brothers moved on to the NFL, with Devin playing for the New England Patriots for 13 seasons. Jason played on several teams, including a Super Bowl-winning Patriots team alongside his brother.
They have both worked as NFL commentators and analysts and are married with children. Jason is married to wife Melissa, with whom he shares kids Liana, Kaiden, and Kai. Devin is married to Michelle, with whom he shares daughter Londyn, and sons Brayden and Chase, per the brothers’ official website.

I really hope you don’t bring back Teresa or Jennifer Ayden. Teresa is draining to watch her abusive ways towards people that don’t bow to her or don’t agree with her. I hate the way she treaded her family and provoking her children to treat her brother like crap. Ayden is just Teresa’s little ass kisser. Ayden isn’t interesting at all. They make the show classless. Teresa and Jennifer seam so desperate for attention all the time. What really did it for me was when Teresa called Melissa a Whore. That broke me. Teresa stooped to her lowest at that point. I have a lot of friends that feel the same. Teresa is the fakest house wife ever on bravo.
