Fans of former “The Real Housewives of New York City” star Bethenny Frankel can now get their hands on her viral chicken salad and more of her famed recipes after she officially opened her social-media-inspired cafe, Supermodel Cafe, in East Quogue, New York.
Opening its doors on Thursday, August 13, the cafe marks a new venture for Frankel, showcasing her knack for turning viral moments into business opportunities.

Those who have been following Bethenny Frankel on social media and watching her create some yummy and now-viral recipes are sure to want to stop by and grab a snack at her Supermodel Cafe pop-up in New York, now open to the public.
In an interview with People before its grand opening, Frankel discussed using her entrepreneurial eye to turn her viral food and drink hits into a new venture. For those who don’t know, the former RHONY star sparked a viral food phenomenon and obsession over recipes like her chicken salad and high-protein bagels, which she’s called “supermodel snacks.”
“It’s a fully designed pop-up in East Quogue that I’d put up in three weeks,” she told the outlet. “It was not something I would ever do in three weeks, but the opportunity presented itself and I said, ‘How can I not take it?’”
On the Supermodel Cafe Instagram page, fans can check out the full menu, which includes a variety of bagel options, spreads and dips like caviar, cherry vanilla, and spicy sriracha, and, of course, Frankel’s original chicken salad recipe.
The menu also offers a few sandwich selections, with names like The Bethenny, which consists of a toasted everything bagel with the former reality TV star’s chicken salad for $16. There is also a pricier sandwich jokingly called The Nepo Baby, which is a salt bagel with a caviar spread, fresh tomato, pickled red onion, and a dollop of even more caviar in the bagel hole, for a whopping $43.
As for drinks, Frankel has come up with a variety of iced lattes all for around $10. Flavors include pistachio coconut cream, honey cinnamon vanilla, and banana cream.
Frankel Shares Why She Landed on the Name Supermodel
Speaking to People, Frankel admitted that what started as a joke after she caught her reflection in the mirror while working for a beauty campaign eventually became the inspiration behind the name Supermodel Cafe.
“I was doing a video with a beauty brand and I used this palette,” she said. “I looked at myself and I was like, ‘Wait, I think I’m a supermodel.’ Like, it looked very good.’”
The former RHONY star shared that she began referring to her favorite foods as “supermodel snacks” while secretly preparing for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit fashion show. “I said it in the moment, and then I would just say it once in a while if I looked good or whatever,” she shared, adding, “When I was getting ready for Sports Illustrated, which no one knew why I was doing it, I was saying, ‘This is a supermodel snack. I have something coming up.’”
During the grand opening of Supermodel Cafe, Frankel was joined by her 16-year-old daughter, Bryn Hoppy, and her boyfriend, Shane L. Campbell.
