The cast of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” filmed the season 15 reunion in March 2026. Now, several weeks later, Kyle Richards is opening up about what it would take for her friendship with Dorit Kemsley to return to normal. This comes as a new preview from the show features Kemsely noting that she feels unsupported by the cast.
TMZ caught up with Richards while she was out and about recently to ask what it would take to be friends with Kemsley again. She responded, “That would be nice, wouldn’t it?”
Kyle Richards Says The RHOBH Reunion Didn’t Go So Well
GettyLater in the short interview, Richards stated that she thinks it will “take time” to repair her issues with Kemsley. She continued, “I care about her a lot. I want the best for her, and we dealt with it at the reunion.”
Richards then said, “But it didn’t go so well, but hopefully time heals all wounds, right?” After that, the interviewer asked for her thoughts on actress Sarah Michelle Gellar calling RHOBH season 15 boring.
The OG “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star said, “You know, I mean, it didn’t feel that to me when I was doing it. I can tell you that much.”
In the end, Richards, who is also an actress, said reality TV is “a different beast” than appearing in scripted content.
Kyle and Dorit Have Discussed Their Friendship
The issues between Richards and Kemsley have been a main topic of discussion on season 15 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Per Bravo, Richards stated in a recent after-show episode that the fallout stemmed from Kemsley sharing one of her private texts at a prior reunion.
According to her, “I’ve never had someone do something like that to me — ever. To read a private text, I just couldn’t believe it. That showed me that… Wow, like, you’ll say and do anything. You don’t [care].”
However, the actress also said she’s “not one to hold a grudge” but that what Kemsley did to her “really changed something.” In the same episode, Kemsely spoke about not feeling supported by Richards.
She said, “I don’t feel supported by Kyle. It’s not OK for her to go around to everyone in the group saying that I’m acting erratic, rather than coming to me.”
For context, Richards has expressed concern about Kemsley’s spending as well as some of the comments she’s made about her estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley. Additionally, there have been discussions about her tardiness.

Dorit’s spending and especially her tardiness is a form of control. With the spending, she is trying to show PK that he doesn’t have control over her, and her tardiness is destroying to show the girls that she has control over her. PK should cancel the cards, and the girls should leave her behind a time or two or start without her. Her therapist must be crap.
Correct. What you said Debbie. Dorit can’t change her ways because she does not accept criticism. She’ll never learn. Apparently PK (who I also dislike) is probably sick of acting like a “daddy” to her. Her baby and “love” talk is over dramatic. I noticed her father said “love” to her so maybe that’s how they talk in her family. Dorit really needs therapy. That’s what her friends should tell her😢
Rule 1 in a friendship…never repeat something private that your friend tells you. That is throwing your friend under the bus. That would be the end for me. Terrible that Dorit did that. The viewers did not know that fact.
Droit used PK, like her private bank, women like her wouldn’t know what real love and devotion is. I wonder if he discovered that she had set up that burglary.. there split came out of nowhere. she drained him dry. I bet she will re marry quickly to a man older than her last. PK i felt sorry for him, due to her, he lost a life long friend, because of her wickedness towards a dog!!!
