“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Lisa Barlow says she’s navigating one of the most intense chapters of her time on the show, but she’s choosing to stay hopeful — and grounded in the friendships she values most.
Lisa Barlow Addresses RHOSLC Season 6 Drama and Isolation Claims
According to Barlow, 50, the tension within the cast has felt especially heavy this year as accusations and rumors swirl. “I don’t get to have a good experience like they do because I’ve never done that to them,” she told Us Weekly. “Imagine somebody who helps bring the show here, me, and then you just keep trying to ruin their experience with lies.”
She added, “What are they gaining from it? Like, ‘Oh, I have another bad season. Is that all you want? You get to have a story line?’ It’s honestly been really, really awful to wake up every day to hate because they lie. It’s not cool.”
Barlow said several cast members — with the exception of her longtime friend Meredith Marks — attempted to “ice [her] out” while filming season 6. Still, she believes cutting someone out of an ensemble only weakens the group dynamic. “It’s an ensemble cast, we all are unique and individuals, [which is] what makes it work,” she said. “When you try to ice somebody out, you’re not going to gain anything.”
Barlow reflected on her own role within the group, saying her loyalty is often misunderstood. “I think they tried to isolate me and then Meredith,” she said. “I’m a good friend, that’s why they all want to be my friend.”
The entrepreneur stars on “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” alongside Marks, Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Mary Cosby, Angie Katsanevas, and Bronwyn Newport. Barlow said she’s maintained close relationships throughout her life and has never experienced anything like this. “I have feelings too,” she shared. “I’ve never been in a situation in my life like this.”
Claims, Accountability, and a Hopeful Look Ahead—Plus Support From Meredith Marks
Barlow said the cast’s trip to Canouan — filmed aboard a “Below Deck” charter — marked the turning point of the season. During the getaway, she was accused of leaking information about her castmates — claims she firmly denies. “I have a proven history of telling the truth,” she told TooFab. “Six years under my belt of false accusations and me coming to the reunion with all the evidentiary support to back myself up.”
She added that Gay’s silence during a recent panel felt hurtful. “It was disappointing that she didn’t chime in and say, ‘Lisa wouldn’t do that,’” Barlow said. “Accountability’s great — but false accusations are really, really hurtful.”
Marks also defended her friend in a separate interview with TooFab. “Anyone who has actually watched the last 5 seasons knows that I tell the truth,” Marks said. “They’ve always been proven wrong.”
Marks questioned the lack of footage related to the plane drama that fueled another round of accusations. “If something was that bad, we would have something from it,” she said. “If these women felt so bad for Britani, why didn’t anyone switch seats with her?”
Marks’ son, Brooks Marks — who appears on “RHOSLC” and stars on “Next Gen NYC” — supported his mother as well. “My mom has never been dishonest,” he said. “Viewers are very discerning and know that.”
Fans can catch all the drama when new episodes of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” air Tuesday nights on Bravo.

Lisa Barlow, you need to do a “self check”. On screen you look guilty as hell! Quit being so self-righteous.
Lisa Barlow is so delusional. She believes everyone wants to be her friend…..that’s hilarious. She is a lying, scheming, conniving, self righteous piece of 💩
It’s clear she cares about no one except her conceited self, even her husband seems done with her……smart man, you deserve better!
She’s irrelevant & I hope to never have to see her again on the show, she should be fired.
