Former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Marisa Zanuck is selling a high-end property, but it’s closer to “Summer House” turf than the 90210 zip code. The Bravo TV alum and her husband, financier Michael Green, have listed their newly built estate on Sagg Main Street in the Hamptons village of Sagaponack, NY, for the eye-popping price of $25 million, The New York Post reported.
On Aug. 26, a sneak peek at the home was offered on Instagram by real estate broker Adam Hofer of Douglas Elliman, who holds the listing with Michael Lorber.
“First Broker Open House before it goes live,” he captioned photos of the property’s exterior. “608 Sagaponack Main Street Custom new build on 1.4 acres abutting reserve. The best of the best, $25,000,000.”
Marisa Zanuck & Michael Green Bought the Property in 2022 for $7.6 Million
The luxury Hamptons property was first acquired by Zanuck and Green for $7.6 million in 2022 and was then remodeled.
Now completed, the newly constructed 10,000 square foot mansion includes seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and features a screening room, library, gym, outdoor spa, and pickleball and basketball courts. It’s within walking distance of the charming village of Sagaponack, Hofer told The Post.
