Melissa Gorga has dropped a major beauty bombshell about the procedures she’s had to achieve what she calls her “young and fresh” look.
In a new Instagram post, the RHONJ star details one of her “favorite surgeons.” She also opened up about a cosmetic procedure she says has helped maintain her refreshed appearance over time. But she wasn’t alone in her praise; she shared the stories of three generations of women in her family who had been treated by the same physician.
The RHONJ Star Shared Her Youthful Beauty Secrets
RHONJ star Melissa Gorga, 47, posted a photo with plastic surgeon Dr. Kassir. She explained the professional relationship that has allowed her to maintain a youthful appearance for over a decade.
Gorga wrote, “3 generations with one of my favorite surgeons. I get so many questions about how I stay looking young and fresh. This guy has definitely helped!”
She continued, “I have been going to the same injector for over a decade. Consistency matters.”
“Thank you, Dr. Kasir, for always taking care of this face. My mother got a liquid nose job by him today, and the results are insane. Antonia has been going all year for laser hair removal and the most amazing skin refreshes.”
Fans shared their delight at Gorga’s honesty about her cosmetic procedures. They posted their remarks in the photo’s comments section.

Melissa Gorga Wasn’t Always So Forthcoming About Plastic Surgery Procedures
In a 2016 story for Bravo’s Daily Dish, Melissa Gorga discussed her “worst kept secret,” that she had a nose job.
“It’s a personal thing,” Melissa explained. “It’s not hurting anyone and it’s your own business. Some people like to say, ‘Hey, I injected this, tummy tucked this,’ and that’s fine, too.”
She continued, “It’s something that’s personal to me. It’s one of the very few things that is personal in my life at this point.”
Gorga concluded, “I have children, and there are certain things I don’t feel like I need to blurt all over the world. That’s private, it has to do with me, myself, and I. That was one of the things I wanted to keep to myself.”
Unfortunately, the RHONJ star’s procedure was outed by former cast member Jacqueline Laurita. She claimed Gorga had four cosmetic procedures on her nose.
Gorga disputed those claims. She said, “There was definitely not four nose jobs. Four nose jobs? I would look pretty deranged, I would think. That is insane to say four, and I don’t like that the seed was even planted, because I think that’s wrong.”
Melissa Gorga joins Teresa Giudice and Dolores Catania for the newest season of RHONJ, which starts filming this spring.
