“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, mother of three, and business mogul Melissa Gorga celebrates the anniversary of her boutique and opens up about what’s next in her business endeavors.
Envy Boutique’s 10th Anniversary
“Envy just opened a second store,” Melissa explained in an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, referring to her women’s fashion boutique.
Melissa opened her boutique, Envy by Melissa Gorga, in 2015 following the successful launch of an HSN jewelry line. The New Jersey location also has an online store, EnvybyMG.com, for shoppers outside the tri-state area.
“Melissa Gorga’s eye for fashion truly reflects the boutique, as she hand picks pieces from an array of emerging designers to prestigious fashion forward brands,” the shop’s description read. “With that in mind, you will be sure to find something for almost everyone.”
In 2022, Melissa opened a second Envy location in Huntington, New York. This location is even bigger than the original location and it features more of the same stylish favorites, plus looks worn on “RHONJ” and Envy merch.
“That’s just been solid…It’s been a decade that Envy has been going strong, and it grows every single year,” Melissa told The Daily Dish. “Envy is amazing. It’s a beast, you know?”
The Surprising Success of ‘Let’s Sprinkle’
Melissa also reflected on the success of Let’s Sprinkle by MG, a dessert company inspired by one an argument on “RHONJ” where Melissa brought her sister-in-law and fellow housewife Teresa Giudice sprinkle cookies, which she ended up throwing away.
In 2017, Melissa posted a photo of her and Teresa on Instagram each holding up boxes of holiday-themed sprinkle cookies, proving that they put their drama behind them.
“I LOVE SPRINKLE COOKIES BIOTCH!!!” the caption read.
Melissa launched “Let’s Sprinkle” in December 2024 with an initial offering of soft, baked-to-order sprinkle cookies. She has since expanded the company with a sour cream sprinkle coffee cake, in-house coffee, and a range of branded merchandise, such as a “Cup of Joe” mug, oven mitts, prepackaged vanilla almond coffee beans and grounds, and a Christmas ornament that resembles their signature Rainbow Sprinkle Cookie.
Melissa said she and her “Let’s Sprinkle” team are also looking into vegan and gluten-free options.
“We have a couple other things up our sleeve,” she said.
When asked about the success of her brand, she said, “never in my wildest dreams.”
“I knew it was going to take off, especially with the marketing I did for it and, you know, launching it during Christmastime. I knew that was gonna be the thing, right? And obviously, it went viral on TikTok and the whole thing…I cannot believe it, and we’re growing.”
A Future Family Business
Melissa has expressed before that she hopes her daughter, Antonia Gorga, will one day join the company in some capacity.
“She watched me build that business in the month of December last year because she was home that whole month and it was like, full force,” Melissa told The Daily Dish.
“I’m not going to be one of those moms that’s like, ‘OK, she works for me, but she really doesn’t do anything.’ Like, no, you need to be an asset. Show me how you’re going to grow the company. What’s your part? How are you going to make Sprinkle bigger? If that’s what you want to do, then you have to give me your pitch.”
