Nene Leakes broke the internet on Thursday night when video surfaced of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” all-star kissing a handsome new man at Wednesday’s Memphis Grizzlies game. Nene was courtside as the Grizzlies played the Golden State Warriors, and TMZ has revealed the identity of the man at her side was Arthur Horne III, a local Memphis attorney.
The report says the pair walked out of the arena together after looking cuddly and “coupled up” throughout the game. The outlet also says witnesses used the words “hugged up” and “really touch-feely” to describe Nene and Arthur’s vibe.
Fans cheered Nene in the Instagram comments TMZ’s video capturing the affectionate moment. One wrote, “Oh lord help” before calling Arthur “Fine, fine!” Another chimed in, “I love this for her.”
Who Is Arthur Horne III?
Arthur Horne III is an attorney focusing on criminal defense and personal injury in the Memphis, Tennessee area, according to his firm’s website. Per his bio on the site, he’s a grad of Eastern Michigan University, where he had a partial academic and athletic scholarship. After graduating from EMU with honors in Poly Sci, he got his law degree at the University of Arkansas School of Law.
In July 2025, an Instagram post Horne jointly posted together with realtor Ginia Williams revealed he has been making moves “behind the scenes” to build “a powerful real estate portfolio.” He lists the musicians Yo Gotti, Blac Youngsta, and Moneybagg Yo as some of the high-profile clients he’s represented. As for TV, Horne has appeared on “Nancy Grace,” “Snapped,” and “Golf Central” because of his cases.
In 2019, Horne made an appearance at the Roc Nation pre-Grammy brunch, where he posed for pics with stars such as DJ Khaled and Meek Mill.

When TV audiences first met Nene on “RHOA” season 1 in October 2008, she was married to Gregg Leakes, whom she wed back in 1997. The pair famously divorced shortly after the show’s fourth season wrapped, and remarried in a 2013 special titled “I Dream of Nene: The Wedding.”
Gregg died around September 1, 2021 after a 3-year battle with colon cancer. He was 66.
Nene, who said Gregg had given her “his blessing” to move on, was linked to Liberian fashion designer Nyonisela Sioh from 2021 to 2024.
