RHOBH Alum Lists Breathtaking Country Estate for $10.8 Million

Yolanda Hadid is selling her Pennsylvania farmhouse, eight years after moving there to find wellness and peace.

The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” has listed her Bucks County, PA, estate for $10.8 million, TMZ reported in September 2025. The 30-acre sanctuary includes a main house, three guest cottages, an 8,000 square foot barn, and lavender fields. There is also a second barn used as a professional equestrian facility.

Hadid, 61, told the outlet she bought the property eight years ago after her divorce from Grammy-winning musician David Foster and her ensuing battle with Lyme disease.

“I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland,” she said. “When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love … the energy was unbelievable. I instantly knew I was home even before I saw the buildings.”

Yolanda Hadid’s Pennsylvania Farmhouse Is a Sanctuary

Per the listing posted by Gambino Real Estate, the estate features more than 6,000 square feet of living space in addition to the restored barns and farmland views.

Amenities include a chef’s kitchen, expansive outdoor areas,  and private quarters for guests.

The estate also has a rich history. A post about the Solebury property on Instagram touts its “than three centuries of history, beauty, and preservation.”

“First deeded in 1682 by William Penn to Nicholas Waln, the land remained untouched until 1713, when wheelwright John Skelton purchased it for forty-six pounds. By 1832, the Bucks County Intelligencer described it as ‘a splendid Bucks County farm,’ and nearly two centuries later, it remains just that – an iconic farmstead where heritage, nature, and refined living converge,” the post read.

Hadid has shared many photos of the property over the years. She once captioned a snowy shot of her farm with, “Grateful for this little slice of Heaven…….. #FarmLife #EastCoastBeauty #magicalMorning.”

In an interview with Elle, Yolanda’s supermodel daughter, Gigi Hadid, spoke out about the family sanctuary. “It’s where we can all come and feel like ourselves again,” she said. “When I’m here, I just get in my truck and go to the store. Kids get excited at the market, but they don’t take their phones out. They want us to feel normal, and that’s very appreciated.”

Yolanda Hadid’s Famous Malibu Home Was Destroyed in the California Wildfires

Before she moved to Pennsylvania, Yolanda Hadid lived in a Malibu estate with Foster.  According to the New York Post, the RHOBH star paid $4.5 million for the six-bedroom, 11-bathroom Carbon Canyon Estate in 2007.

Much of the main floor of the house was shown in the memorable RHOBH season 3 episode titled “Don’t Sing For Your Supper,” where Hadid revealed that she completely renovated the home to her specifications. “You know, I worked with 100 guys every day I drew every inch of this house,” she said in the episode.

Amid her divorce from Foster, Hadid sold the estate in 2015 for $19 million, per Architectural Digest.

Sadly, the gorgeous Malibu estate known for its lemon groves was destroyed in the California wildfires earlier this year.

On January 8, Hadid posted to her Instagram story to share a photo of the burnt ruins in the neighborhood of her former Malibu mansion. “Tragic…Carbon Canyon is gone,” she wrote. “Sending love & support to all. Praying this will end soon.”

According to The Daily Mail, that same day, firefighters were able to put out the fire that destroyed Hadid’s former estate.
