“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice is celebrating a major milestone in her marriage to Louie Ruelas.
Taking to Instagram, Giudice honored her husband on their 4th wedding anniversary on Thursday, August 6, sharing rare photos from their wedding day, which took place in a stunning chateau in East Brunswick, New Jersey. She accompanied her photos with an emotional caption saying she’d “choose” him “forever and always.”

Teresa Giudice and Louie Ruelas are celebrating four years of marriage. Taking to Instagram, the RHONJ star penned a beautiful and lengthy message honoring her husband, sharing, “Happy 4th Anniversary to my Love the man who makes me feel like a queen every single day. ❤️”
Giudice shared a carousel of black-and-white wedding-day snapshots, including photos of the couple kissing and sharing intimate moments before celebrating their special day with family and friends.
Another photo in her carousel showed Ruelas holding Giudice as her cathedral veil stretched across the floor, embroidered with the words “Sempre Insieme,” which translates from Italian to “Always Together.”
Other photos showed the couple sharing a kiss after exchanging vows during their outdoor wedding ceremony, while Giudice’s four daughters, who served as her bridesmaids, watched proudly. The carousel also showcased the lavish details of their big day, including grand staircases lined with hundreds of white roses and two towering heart-shaped floral installations that framed the ceremony outside the breathtaking chateau where they married.
“Four years ago, I married my best friend, my greatest blessing, and the love of my life. Every morning I wake up beside you, I’m reminded how lucky I am. If I had to choose you all over again, I would—365 days a year, forever and always,” she wrote.
“You are the most handsome, loving, selfless, and compassionate man I know. Your heart is one of a kind. You care so deeply for everyone around you, always putting others before yourself, always finding ways to lift people up. That rare kind of love is what makes you so extraordinary.”
Giudice went on to call Ruelas “the best stepfather” to her daughters, and added, “Our love story is my favorite, and every chapter we write together is more beautiful than the last.”
“My man, my forever, my everything—I love you more than words could ever express. Here’s to celebrating us today and to a lifetime of waking up beside each other, laughing together, loving each other, and growing old hand in hand,” Giudice said.
Giudice & Ruelas’ Wedding Details
According to New Jersey Bride, Giudice and Ruelas wed at the Park Château Estate & Gardens in East Brunswick on August 6, 2022. For those who know Giudice, it was no surprise that her wedding was grand and extravagant, having told the outlet, “I wanted everybody to walk in and be wowed, like, ‘Oh my God, this is spectacular,'” she said, adding, “And that’s what they did when they walked in. They were wowed.”
Giudice’s bridal hairstyle was every bit as extravagant as the celebration itself. New Jersey Bride reported that the “Real Housewives” star wore three pounds of hair extensions that took more than three hours to style before finishing the look with an ornate crown. The elaborate hairstyle cost $10,000.
As for her wedding day looks, Giudice worked with fashion designer Mark Zunino, who created her custom wedding dress and veil. The veil’s embroidered saying honored both her mom and dad. She later changed into a “sexy & fun” reception dress created by Galia Lahav.
“When I came up with the idea of a custom veil that honored my parents, he listened and made it so special for me, I cried when I saw it. My veil had 3 hearts and the phrase “Sempre Insieme,” which means always together and is written on my parents’ mausoleum because they were always together,” she shared in an Instagram post.
Both Giudice’s four daughters and Ruelas’ two sons played important roles during the ceremony by participating in a unity candle ritual, with Giudice’s daughters each giving a touching speech at the reception.
