Blake Shelton is giving fans a glimpse into life at home with Gwen Stefani while sharing a new project the couple has started together.
On March 4, Shelton posted a video to Instagram from his Oklahoma property as spring approaches. In the clip, the country singer explained that he and Stefani are expanding their gardening efforts this year.
“We’re doing it.. we’re really doing it this year… @gwenstefani and I are stepping it up!!!!” Shelton wrote in the caption.
In the video, Shelton spoke directly to fans while showing equipment and garden space on his land.
“OK guys, it’s Blake Shelton, coming at you from Oklahoma, getting close to springtime,” Shelton said. “So this year we decided we’re gonna do some actual real professional gardening, farming type stuff out here, me and my wife.”
Shelton added that he and Stefani had already begun preparing their garden beds themselves.
“Anyway, me and my wife, her name is Gwen, we were out here putting this plastic out yesterday just she and I, nobody else,” Shelton said.

Shelton explained that the couple is preparing the soil and garden rows ahead of planting vegetables later this spring.
“It sucked, it’s hard work, but we’re going to plant vegetables in here to keep the weeds out,” Shelton said in the video. “I guess we’re gonna poke holes in that and put, you know, tomatoes and peppers and squash and cucumbers.”
Shelton joked about his own eating habits while discussing the project.
“I don’t eat any, any vegetables in the first place, but it’s fun,” Shelton said with a laugh.
One crop in particular has Shelton excited for the upcoming growing season.
“But here’s what I’m really excited about,” Shelton said. “It’s gonna be my sweet corn patch this year.”
The video shows Shelton driving a tractor and walking viewers through the preparation work taking place on the property.

Shelton previously addressed rumors about his marriage while co-hosting “Country Countdown USA” on January 10.
The winningest coach on “The Voice” explained that he began noticing reports online suggesting he and Stefani had separated.
“I started noticing these articles popping up about ‘Blake and Gwen, they’re split up,’ ” Shelton said. “ ‘They’re not even seeing each other anymore, they’re going through a divorce.’”
Shelton said the narrative changed frequently depending on whether the couple was seen together publicly.
“And then, a week later, a picture comes out of us walking out of the grocery store … ‘Oh, they’re back together again!’ ” Shelton said.
“And another week goes by and we’re not seen at the grocery store … ‘They’re divorcing,’ ” Shelton continued.
Shelton added that some online images circulating about the couple appeared inaccurate.
“I see pictures of Gwen and I on social media that I really go, ‘That looks so real.’ But I know I don’t even own that shirt or, ‘Whose car is that?’ ” Shelton said.
The singer added that he does not rely on online speculation.
“I don’t believe anything anymore that I see on the internet,” Shelton said.
Blake Shelton Reflects on Relationship With Gwen Stefani
Shelton and Stefani began dating in 2015 and married in 2021. The couple first met while serving as coaches on “The Voice.”
In May, Shelton spoke with People about their relationship and how quickly time has passed.
“It honestly does [feel like time is flying by],” Shelton said. “Some of the things that we talk about, we’re to the point in our relationship that it’s like, ‘Oh, remember what happened…’ and you realize, ‘Oh my God, that was 8 years ago!’ It’s like, how did this happen so quickly?”
Shelton added that their relationship still feels fresh to him.
“I feel like that might be the key to happiness, is that it feels just as exciting and new and happy,” Shelton said.
Stefani also shared a moment from their relationship at the start of the year. On her Instagram Stories, she posted a video of the couple celebrating the final hours of 2025 together.
“Last few hours of 2025,” Stefani wrote over a video showing the pair wearing festive hats before sharing a New Year’s kiss.
