“The Talk” co-host and his wife, Rebecca Romijn, welcomed their twins on December 28, 2008. Today, Charlie Tamara Tulip O’Connell and Dolly Rebecca Rose O’Connell are embarking on a new chapter of their lives.
This school year marks Charlie and Dolly’s senior year. As a proud father, Jerry O’Connell couldn’t wait to share the girls’ official senior photos with fans.

Since the girls were born in 2008, fans have loved hearing updates on Jerry O’Connell and Rebecca Romijn’s twins. Now, the family is getting ready for a big year of “firsts.” Dolly and Charlie are kicking off their senior year and can’t wait to participate in all the festivities that come along with it.
“Senior photos. Goes fast folks,” the “Stand by Me” actor shared on Instagram, attaching his twins’ school photos. Dolly is on the left with Charlie on the right.
Fans went wild for the beautiful photos, in complete disbelief of how grown up and gorgeous they looked.

O’Connell Named One of His Twins After Dolly Parton
Though the family has plenty to look forward to this year, they’re mourning the loss of one of the biggest names in country music. Jerry O’Connell and Rebecca Romijn are huge Dolly Parton fans. They even named one of the twins after her.
“We said we named one of our daughters Dolly after Dolly Parton, and she sent both of our kids a $500 bond when they were born,” the actor told PEOPLE in 2017. “She’s the best.”
Dolly O’Connell shared her own touching tribute to her namesake on social media.
“My heart is breaking. rip to the og 🕊️,” she wrote. “Fly high, dolly 💕🪽”

Despite the fame, Jerry O’Connell is truly a family man at heart. He loves spending time with his wife and daughters.
During lockdown, he relished in the extra time he spent with Dolly and Charlie.
“This is it. Very soon, when this is all over and everything’s back to normal and kids are back in school all the time, I have a feeling parents are gonna be like, ‘Oh, it was kind of nice having my kids at home. I almost feel like, just because the age that they are, I’m getting a free extra year with them,” O’Connell previously told PEOPLE during the height of the pandemic.
In honor of their 16th birthday, Rebecca Romijn shared several adorable throwback photos of the girls.
“These two. 16 today. Happy Bday Charlie and Dolly ❤️❤️,” she captioned the social media post. Fans fawned over the adorable photos of the twins.
