Meghan Markle is giving fans a rare glimpse of her two adorable redheaded children with Prince Harry in a behind-the-scenes look at the filming of season two of her Netflix lifestyle show, “With Love, Meghan.“
In a new Instagram post, the Duchess of Sussex shows a carousel of photos from filming that include one of 4-year-old Princess Lilibet and 6-year-old Prince Archie watching a monitor and listening through headphones as their mom is on the set. The pair’s bright red hair is on full display.
Another photo in the post show’s Lilibet sitting in a director’s chair on the set.
And a third shows Archie hard at work, holding the clapperboard before a scene is filmed.
Prince Harry Also Makes an Appearance in the Post
The Instagram post also features a rare shot of Prince Harry, posing alongside Meghan and one of her guests on season two, Chef Clare Smyth.
While Meghan rarely posts pictures or videos of her kids, when she does she’s careful to only show them from the back or cover their faces. In this case, she covers Archie’s face with a white heart.
In the past, Meghan has been up front about the challenges of combining motherhood with her many business ventures. Meghan has even said in her own podcast, “Confessions of a Female Founder,” that becoming a mother looked very different from what she had envisioned. “I will say, for myself, especially when they are baby babies and before I was a mom, I’ve always wanted to be a mom,” Meghan said. “I was like, ‘Oh gosh I’m going to give a speech with a baby on my hip,’ I had a whole vision.”
“Granted, I had a lot of external things happening by the time I had both pregnancies and both babies,” Meghan went on to say. “But it was not the way I envisioned it.”
Meghan Markle Offers Fans a Glimpse at ‘With Love, Meghan’ Set Playlist
In the same Instagram post, Meghan Markle offered fans a glimpse at the playlist she uses to fill the set with music between takes.
In the post, she writes, “Filming season two of ‘With Love, Meghan’ was more fun than you can imagine. Part of how we kept the vibe alive? Music. Between set ups I would play a song from my phone, and today I wanted to share some of the favorites I kept on rotation! Add them to your playlist, press shuffle, and enjoy! Happy Labor Day weekend! Work hard, play hard 🎶”
Songs on the playlist include “Dancing in the Moonlight” by King Harvest, “How Sweet It Is to Be Loved By You” by James Taylor and “Summer Breeze” by Seals and Croft. There are 19 songs in all on that list.
