Demi Lovato’s Former Hollywood House Is Selling for Almost $11 Million: SEE INSIDE!

Demi Lovato‘s former home in the Hollywood Hills is now selling for just under $11 million — $10.995 million, to be exact. “Tucked into the hills above the famed Chateau Marmont hotel,” the estate hit the market last week, according to Mansion Global.

“The former Disney Channel star and singer of hits like ‘Cool for the Summer’ and ‘Sorry Not Sorry,’ bought the residence in 2016 for $8.3 million,” Mansion Global notes. “She sold it for $8.25 million in 2020 to the current owner, which records with PropertyShark show to be a trust.”

The Home’s Interior is Certainly Celeb-Worthy

Spanning 5,564 square feet and offering four bedrooms as well as seven bathrooms, “the residence is a study in light, proportion, and indoor-outdoor living, composed with a warmth and clarity that elevate every moment,” according to the Mansion Global listing.

On the main level, the home boasts a double-height living room that is “framed by floor-to-ceiling glass and Fleetwood pocket doors that disappear to reveal the city below.” Featuring an open floor plan, the space “unfolds through sun-drenched interiors, thoughtfully curated to maximize the incredible views at every corner.”

Homecooks will love the fact that the residence includes a “beautifully appointed chef’s kitchen” where residents will find “top-tier appliances, sleek marble surfaces, a cozy dining nook, and [a] lounge area — all entirely open to the outdoors,” per the listing.

Upstairs, the second level of the home is where a sizable sitting room is located that “overlooks the dramatic double-height living room below, capturing breathtaking vistas through soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, while bedrooms deliver comfort and refinement,” the listing notes. As for the primary suite, it “is more like a sanctuary, complete with sitting room and fireplace, skyline-view balcony, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-like bath with dual rainfall walk-in shower.”

Beyond that, the home has an additional upper level that “introduces yet another dimension of luxury with a custom bar and media room that open to a vast sky-lounge terrace, ideal for entertaining against the backdrop of city lights,” the listing explains, while adding that “[t]he residence also features a dedicated indoor sauna and home office.”

“Set at the end of a quiet road just above the iconic Chateau Marmont, this private gated estate commands one of Los Angeles’ most spellbinding panoramas — unobstructed views that sweep from Downtown’s skyline to the shimmering expanse of the Pacific,” the Mansion Global listing explains.

Also noting “the expansive backyard,” the listing reveals that “the outdoor spaces feature a zero-edge pool, outdoor grill, serene seating terraces, and an outdoor dining area set against far-reaching vistas.” That’s not to mention the fact that “[a] private trail leads to a covered Gazebo Rotunda outfitted with state-of-the-art gym equipment, while lush mature landscaping and a generous grassy lawn complete the grounds.”

The listing adds that while secluded, the estate still offers “moments from the energy of the Sunset Strip,” while “blend[ing] architectural brilliance, bespoke design, and unparalleled views into a residence that feels both expansive and intimate,” deeming it “[a]n extraordinary offering in the Hollywood Hills.”
