‘Bold & the Beautiful’ Star Teases Exciting Career Move

“The Bold and the Beautiful” fan-favorite Romy Park is embarking on an exciting new career path.

The actress, who plays Poppy Nozawa on the long-running CBS soap, revealed that she’s preparing to be her “own boss.”

Park shared in an Instagram post that she was getting ready to move back to the East Coast. However, her plans were put on hold due to a “huge opportunity” that required her to stay.

“I’ve been working tirelessly and hoping it’s not too much longer to announce what I’ve been working on,” Park said in part. “I’ve had to temporarily step back from acting and have turned down some amazing offers for a couple of independent films, as well as having to decline some auditions, as I want to focus properly on realizing the big picture of the future I want to create for myself.”

“I have proven my creative and intellectual prowess much to their surprise (and also to mine at times). I want to tell the stories I want to tell. I am not just an actor. I am a storyteller.”
