Kit Keenan is taking her recipes from Instagram to bookshelves.

Keenan, who appeared on season 25 of “The Bachelor” starring Matt James, announced this week that she is releasing her debut cookbook, “In Good Taste: Effortless, Chic Recipes for Every Occasion.”

The reveal came in an Instagram reel showing a behind-the-scenes look at her cover shoot.

“I’M PUBLISHING A COOKBOOK! The secret is finally out,” wrote 26-year-old Keenan.

“This book holds so much of my heart, my family, and the way I’ve learned to show love through food,” she added.

Keenan, who describes herself in her Instagram bio as a “young Martha Stewart stuck in Blair Waldorf’s plotline,” regularly shares recipes and cooking content on social media.

She shared more details about the project on Instagram.

“This book is everything I love about cooking,” Keenan wrote. “It features dishes I actually make at home all the time, elevated but approachable enough even for beginner cooks, and meant to make everyday moments feel a little more special.”

According to the official description, the cookbook includes Italian American-inspired recipes influenced by her family. Sections include appetizers like Grandma’s Stuffed Artichoke Hearts, pasta dishes such as Three-Tomato Spaghetti, and mains like Crispy Cutlets, along with desserts including Brownie Tiramisu.

“In Good Taste” is described as combining Keenan’s personal style with recipes rooted in her upbringing in New York City. It also includes personal stories and photography alongside the dishes.

Since her time on “The Bachelor,” Keenan has leaned fully into content creation, regularly posting recipes and entertaining ideas from her New York City life—what she describes as a “stay at home daughter to a fashion icon in NY” on social media. Her cookbook expands on that world, offering readers a closer look at the dishes she actually makes at home, like chicken cutlets, creative pasta dishes, and Asian-inspired eats.

Keenan’s cookbook announcement drew support from fans and a few familiar faces, including her mom, famous fashion designer Cynthia Rowley, who commented, “So proud of you 👏👏👏👏.”

The project has also already earned praise from notable names in the food and entertainment space, according to the book’s listing on Simon & Schuster’s website.

“As someone raised in a big, food loving family, Kit is a girl after my own heart,” chef Giada De Laurentiis said in a review. “Brava!”

Additional endorsements came from actor Alan Cumming and author Tieghan Gerard, who highlighted the cookbook’s recipes and storytelling.
