Sarabeth Pollock is an entertainment journalist who covers Soaps, Hallmark Channel and Bravo reality shows for EntertainmentNow. Sarabeth has over a decade of experience as a writer, editor and podcast host, covering television, movies and pop culture conventions. Sarabeth interviewed celebrities on red carpets, at comic conventions and during set visits. She has written two books, Once Upon an Interview and Once Upon a Winter Break. Sarabeth attended the University of San Diego, majoring in political science and history with a minor in Spanish. She’s based in San Diego.
