Carl Radke is speaking out about his connection with Bailey Taylor as season 10 of “Summer House” unfolds. The longtime Bravo personality addressed speculation about their dynamic while also providing an update on his relationship status, including where things stand with ‘Southern Charm’ star Venita Aspen.
During a recent interview with The Daily Dish, Carl Radke shared his first impressions of Bailey Taylor and confirmed viewers will see a flirty energy between them on screen.
Carl Radke on His Connection With Bailey Taylor on ‘Summer House’
Radke said he felt an immediate connection with Taylor when she joined the cast for season 10 of ‘Summer House.’
“Bailey’s awesome. She’s gorgeous,” Radke said. “We had some fun. You’ll see some of the flirty vibes.”
He explained that while he enjoys meeting new cast members, something felt different with Bailey.
“Bailey and I have… there’s like a similar frequency that we’re on,” he said. “And I’m not always on that same frequency with a lot of people, but she’s very in touch with her emotions, and she has a vulnerable side to her.”
That vulnerability appeared during the season 10 premiere when she opened up about a past breakup. She told housemates she had been in a “super toxic relationship” that ended at Sweetgreen.
“He cheated on me and broke up with me at Sweetgreen,” Bailey said. “He told me to meet him at Sweetgreen when I got done at the gym… I remember my salad spilling everywhere.”
Radke said her openness resonated with him. “When people open up, especially in our house, it draws me in,” he said. “Bailey was very open with me. I was open with her. So, yeah. You’ll see more.”
Bailey Taylor Calls Radke a ‘Great Kisser’
Taylor also addressed their dynamic during an appearance on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” particularly after the season 10 trailer showed the pair kissing.
“He’s a great kisser. I saw him yesterday. I love him,” Bailey said. “It’s just… It’s a vibe. I love him. I adore him. He’s a little bit older than me. I’m totally fine with an age gap.”
While Taylor acknowledged that she and Carl may not be looking for the exact same things long term, she emphasized their chemistry.
“Him and I, from the second we met, just opened up so much,” she said. “We’re just always off in a corner together. We can just talk.”
Carl Radke Shares Update on Venita Aspen
Taylor is not the only Bravo star Radke has spent time with recently. He also confirmed that he and Aspen are in what he described as the “exploring” phase.
“We were in London for a Bravo trip,” Radke said of a recent reunion involving ‘Southern Charm’ cast members. “[Venita] was there, which was fun. It’s been friendly and fun.”
Radke previously revealed at BravoCon 2025 that he was open to dating a fellow Bravoleb. He later asked Venita on a date after reconnecting in New York City.
“It was awesome,” he said. “We had a lot of fun. We spent, like, five hours talking about all sorts of things. Since then, we’ve kept in touch. I’m rooting for her.”
