Getty“For her latest awards show appearance, the Mindy Project star showed off her reduced frame in a cinched-in gown with a diaphanous skirt,” according to the Daily Mail. “Her frock featured a peekaboo section over her enviably taut midriff, and she accessorized with a retro chic set of opera gloves.”
“Wearing her raven hair down,” the Daily Mail continued, “she sharpened her unmistakable features with makeup and added a splash of glitz to the look with drop earrings.”

Following the Actor Awards, Kaling took to Instagram to share photos of herself in the stunning dress. The star added a caption, writing, “Obviously not as hot as Hilary Swank but I certainly tried. Loved seeing my wonderful office friends @angelakinsey @elliekemper @msjennafischer last night and blowing up our text chain. Also so fun seeing so many more friends at the Actor Awards, and finally coming home and eating my pho.”
