Fans of HGTV should get ready for another night of stressful decisions, dream destinations, and international real estate drama as we have new episodes of “House Hunters International” airing tonight. The long-running series continues to follow buyers leaving their comfort zones behind and starting their search for homes in countries around the world. We start the night with a brand-new one-hour episode, which is titled “A Place to Retreat: Costa Rica and Australia.” Then we have a new 30-minute episode starting at 10:01/9:01c, which is titled “From Seattle to London With Love.”
For the first episode, the official synopsis from HGTV states: “Families hope tropical paradises in Costa Rica and Australia will offer a break from an overwhelming world, but they soon learn that serenity is hard to find when they’re also trying to run the very retreat they need.”
It sounds like we have some families looking for some peace, but they are going to be struggling to find it!
Then, for the second new episode, the official synopsis states, “A dream job transfer takes a young photographer from Seattle to London. She’s living solo for the first time and wants a place big enough for visiting family, but finding something affordable that allows for trips back home may be a challenge.”

A Full Week of ‘House Hunters’
If you happened to look at the HGTV schedule for this week, you definitely may have noticed a lot of “House Hunters” on the schedule. It’s a popular show, and HGTV seems to be doubling down on it.
HGTV did announce it would be bringing hundreds of additional episodes of “House Hunters” and “House Hunters International” through 2026. The network said the show continues to bring in millions of viewers each month because of the fun and interactive experience while watching the show.
Viewers especially lean towards the “House Hunters International” episodes, as it combines that escapism people are searching for while also giving them the relationship dynamics. These people on the show are either moving for work, retirement, or a new adventure, but viewers get a chance to experience that excitement with them. Of course, it may come with some chaos and drama along the way.
