Nicole Curtis had quite an ordeal aboard a tiny plane during her recent travels. The HGTV star shared details of the flight that left her crying and praying, with video showing just how scary it was.
Nicole Curtis Has Harrowing Experience on Tiny Plane
On Feb 1, Curtis took to Instagram to share the details of her dicey flight.
“Not sure what we are going to call this phase I’m in, but I ended up in Central America on a tiny little plane tonight,” she wrote in the caption. “I cried, I prayed, I took the Lord’s name in vain.”
Thankfully, she landed safely at her destination.
Curtis noted, “And for the nice people — tell me, what’s the craziest thing on your life list? This is tied with the night train across India for me.”
“Was supposed to be on another plane, but I’m horizontal til morning — motion sickness got me,” she added.
HGTV Star Shares Latest ‘Rehab Addict’ Update
Curtis also shared a quick update on the status of “Rehab Addict.” The show started a new season in summer 2025, but fans have been waiting on the final two episodes to air.
“Shows are done — waiting for airdate announcement. (For the people that are gonna throw hate),” she wrote.
In a February 4 Instagram post, the HGTV star checked in with fans with some questions about her show.
“I need immediate information from all of you and your friends (so tag your best buddies in your comment) or send this post out and comment. I’m making life decisions based on your feedback,” she wrote. “I’m listening and more importantly, I’m out here collecting much needed data.”
“1. Did you watch the Wyoming episodes on regular TV, stream them or are you still waiting for me to re-air them? 2. Do you watch HGTV by day or night? Or do you DVR?” she asked.
Curtis continued, “3. What are your thoughts about me showing you my projects that are in other countries ? 😬 and what country would you love to see?”
She concluded the post by asking, “Are you ready for me to be back in your TV ? Let me know; otherwise, I’m chasing another passport stamp ❤️❤️.”
Fans flooded the comments section, with one writing, “Your HGTV show is my most watched. I love the originality you bring back to the homes.”
Another fan noted, “We watch you on HGTV and are waiting for your new season.”
“Can’t wait for the rest of Wyoming shows. I am from North Dakota and love the small town build. I only watch on streaming platforms,” one fan commented. “And I would totally watch whatever builds you do … just please don’t make us wait so long.”
