HGTV to Launch Massive New Property Brothers Series in March 2026

Amid fan speculation that the Property Brothers, Drew and Jonathan Scott, might be filming a new show, HGTV confirmed the news on February 4, 2026. The beloved twins’ newest series, “Property Brothers: Under Pressure,” will premiere on March 15, with a whopping 14 episodes.

Everything We Know About ‘Property Brothers: Under Pressure’

In a social media announcement about the brothers’ new show, HGTV posted a photo of the longtime HGTV stars and wrote, “High stakes. Tough choices. Dream homes unlocked. 🔓✨ Watch Drew and Jonathan help buyers make confident decisions and transform their properties into forever houses.”

According to the duo’s website, the series “will follow the Bros as they help homebuyers make big decisions that will ultimately change their lives.”

Each episode will focus on homebuyers desperate for some expert advice, and chronicle their journey from finding the perfect spot to making the changes they need to turn a house into a home, all with the dynamic duo along for the ride.

Drew and Jonathan will provide home-buying guidance, advice on design solutions, help with budgeting, and provide “creative fixes for the most tasking renovation woes, so these owners can finally settle into a home that’s functional, beautiful, and fitted for their families.”

Drew explained, “Our buyers want the perfect house in the ideal location, but many times Jonathan and I have to counsel them on how to best stretch their dollar in this competitive real estate market. It can be hard to find something move-in ready, which is why we look for the diamond in the rough that we can turn into an amazing home with the right renovation.”

Series Premiere of ‘Property Brothers: Under Pressure’ Will Focus on Los Angeles Wildfires

Drew and Jonathan first began teasing their new show back in October. When the new series premieres in March, viewers will see them help empty nesters AJ and Carin in the first episode. The couple “lost everything” in the Eaton fire, one of the wildfires that decimated entire Los Angeles neighborhoods in January 2024.

Jonathan has been working hard on finding solutions and advocating for families who lost their homes in those fires, including the parents of his fiancée, actress Zooey Deschanel. On “Property Brothers: Under Pressure,” he and Drew will help AJ and Carin find their next home — only to get “outbid on a dream, turnkey house.”

“We’re very honest and upfront with clients about how challenging the house hunt can be,” Jonathan said in a statement. “We encourage them to see past a home’s current state and envision its untapped potential, which can be tough. But when the ideal property pops up, they’ve got to be ready to make an offer and then trust us to create a design that fits their family’s needs.”

Eventually, they do find a property for a great price, per their website, but the house needs some major updates, including “a thoughtfully designed office, an overhaul on the rental unit that includes a kitchenette, a beautifully-tiled bathroom shower, wall-to-wall storage in the bedroom, and a host’s dream backyard, complete with an outdoor kitchen and stylish seating.”

Many HGTV fans were thrilled to see a new Property Brothers series on the horizon, including one who wrote on Facebook, “I love watching them they’re fantastic improving homes for people when it’s finished the people always loved it a lot – it’s great.”

“Property Brothers: Under Pressure” premieres on March 15 at 9 p.m. Eastern time and will be available to stream the next day on HBO Max or Discovery+.
