A Keith Urban lookalike fan claimed the singer dropped hints about his divorce from Nicole Kidman weeks before it went public.
Dale Whiteside, a Canadian fan who bears an uncanny resemblance to Urban, spoke to TMZ about his intriguing exchange with the country singer.
Whiteside told the outlet that he met Urban during a VIP meet-and-greet on September 15 at the “High and Alive” tour stop in Saskatoon.
The superfan claimed Urban was stunned by how much they resembled each other. While they were chatting, Whiteside mentioned that people often mistook him for Urban, until they noticed he wasn’t wearing a wedding ring.

GettyAccording to the outlet, Whiteside went on to tell Urban that there were two ways people could tell them apart: the wedding ring and the tattoos.
After the meet-and-greet ended, Whiteside claimed Urban made an intriguing remark, saying, “Next time, it’ll probably be just the tattoos.”
At the time, Whiteside had no idea what the comment meant. But two weeks later, TMZ broke the news that Urban and Kidman had called it quits. Shortly afterward, Kidman officially filed for divorce.
While it may have been just a coincidence, the timing of it all makes it hard to ignore.
Kidman and Urban parted ways after 19 years of marriage in September 2025.

GettyMeanwhile, Kidman and Urban appear to be adjusting well to their new normal as parents. According to PEOPLE, there’s “no drama” between the former couple when it comes to co-parenting their daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret.
“Their daughters live with Nicole, but spend as much time with Keith as they want,” the source told the outlet. “There is no drama.”
In October, Kidman told Harper’s Bazaar what keeps her “vibrant and energized” as she grows older, and that includes being her daughters’ “protector.”
“Life. Connection. People. Sharing ideas. And just actually being alive, I’m grateful to have that. I’m grateful to be a part of this world,” she told the outlet.
She continued:
“Also, my children [give me the] purpose of being their protector and their guide, promising them that I’m here and that, no matter what, there’s always a safe place to grow up in.”
Kidman also shares two children, Bella, 32, and Connor, 30, with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
