Plus, in a May interview for Vogue’s TikTok account, Rodrigo explained that she always keeps a deck of playing cards on her. She also talked about the card games she played on tour during an American Express TikTok ad.
Even if this specific theory is incorrect, Rodrigo assured fans she loves the speculation. “I love seeing people’s theories and them connecting all of these dots. It makes me happy that people care about the album enough to postulate and think about things,” she told Cosmo.

The theory also states that for her birthday, Rodrigo posted on Instagram with the caption, “cheers to 22!!!💋❤️🐞.” The caption included a ladybug emoji, and the series of photos included a ladybug and multiple photos of her wearing red. Ladybugs are also a symbol of luck.
Finally, in Rodrigo’s final performance in her “Guts” era, she donned a green-sequined dress, conjuring thoughts of four-leaf clovers, another known luck symbol. Whether or not this theory pans out remains to be seen.
