A First Christmas Without Ozzy Osbourne

This holiday season marked the family’s first Christmas without Ozzy. The guardian reported that he died in July at age 76, following years of health challenges after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019. As per The New York Times, his official cause of death was listed as a heart attack.

Earlier this month, Kelly remembered the legendary Black Sabbath frontman on what would have been his 77th birthday, sharing a deeply personal message on social media.

“Happy birthday, Daddy, you most certainly did not die an ordinary man! Life without you is hard but not a day goes by that I don’t dedicate my life to loving you and your legacy!” she wrote.

“I miss you more than anything in the world. I love you until eternity! What I would not give to watch you blow out just one more candle.”

Kelly also spoke candidly about the loss during a recent appearance on BBC Radio West Midlands, reflecting on the outpouring of support following her father’s death.

“To see the outpouring of love, and respect, and condolence, and just everything this city has given him, is beyond words,” she said.

She added, “Birmingham meant everything to my father. It made him, it shaped him. It turned him into the one-of-a-kind man that he was.”

Kelly grew emotional as she continued describing her father’s humility and deep connection to his roots.
