The former child star recently stepped out in Los Angeles with a bold new beauty look, debuting blinged-out eyebrows during a casual solo outing on Wednesday.
Bynes, 40, appeared to embrace a more experimental aesthetic, adding sparkling embellishments to her brows in her latest glam transformation.

Close-up photos captured by Page Six showed a row of tiny jewels carefully placed above her eyebrows, giving the look an eye-catching, decorative touch.

For the outing, the “All That” alum kept her clothing casual, wearing a black T-shirt paired with matching black shorts.
She styled her signature bleached blonde hair down in its familiar long mullet shape while carrying a Starbucks drink and a pack of cigarettes as she searched through her purse.
