Actor Frank Grillo has added himself to the long list of Eric Dane’s former co-stars paying tribute to the star following his tragic passing.
Dane, 53, lost his short but brave battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) on February 19, and the stars have come out in force to express their collective grief.
Grillo starred alongside Dane in John Swab’s 2023 crime thriller “Little Dixie.” IMDb’s synopsis of the movie describes it as follows: “Doc, a former special forces operative, facilitates a fragile truce in secrecy between the state governor and a Mexican drug cartel. But when it breaks down, the cartel’s hatchet man sets his vengeful sights on Doc’s daughter.”
In the film, Grillo played the above-mentioned Doc Alexander, while Dane played a corrupt Oklahoma governor named Richard Jeffs.
60-year-old Grillo used his social media to pay tribute to his former co-star.
