Brown Simpson had three sisters, Denise, Dominique, and Tanya, all of whom have been dedicated to sharing aspects of her life, apart from her death and marriage to O.J. In his 1995 trial, Simpson was acquitted of murder charges for Brown Simpson and her friend, Ron Goldman, who was murdered alongside her outside her Brentwood, Los Angeles home.

On Tuesday, May 19, Brown Simpson would have turned 67. Denise celebrated the day by posting a throwback photo on Instagram. In the caption, she wrote, “Happy heavenly Birthday!! I miss you so very much.”

Tanya Brown also celebrated her sister’s birthday with a heartfelt post on Instagram. She shared several photos showing Brown Simpson in happier times. She was so beautiful and so loved. “Happy Heavenly Birthday to the sister that was robbed from me. I know in my heart of hearts we were more alike; sadly, you were taken away from us all too soon. I love you and miss you more with every passing day,” Tanya wrote in the caption.

Keeping Nicole Brown Simpson’s Memory Alive

The Brown sisters have ensured that Brown Simpson is not forgotten. One way they have done this is by becoming involved in “The Life & Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson,” the Lifetime docuseries that aired in June, 2024.

“I really want people to get to know who Nicole was,” Denise said in an interview with “Today.” “You want to be able to humanize her, you want to be able to hear her voice, hear her story.”

When asked if they felt there was justice for Nicole’s death, after O.J. was acquitted, Tanya replied, “I’m going to talk like how my mom would say this. She’s like, ‘Things just happen the way they were supposed to happen.’ It panned out the way it was supposed to.”

Denise shared similar sentiments, saying, “I just think it happened the way it happened, and you can’t change that. Now what we want to do is we want to bring her back in this as the wonderful human being that she was.”
