New Report Teases Who May Return to RHONY for Season 16

The rumor mill is churning again about the “Real Housewives of New York City.” First, Bravo decided to completely overhaul the series in 2023 by axing longstanding OG’s like Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, and Luann de Lesseps. Season 14 featured a brand new and much younger cast that received mixed reviews. They returned for season 15, but after the ratings tanked, the powers-that-be have decided to make another change.

According to rumors that have swirled, only some of the ladies will return. Now, The U.S. Sun says that only two of the previous cast members are actually returning.

According to a report that was published by The U.S. Sun on Oct. 16, 2025, “Only [Sai de Silva] and [Erin Lichy] are keeping their jobs.” Despite rumors to the contrary, Jessel Tank will not be returning. Also, according to the report, Jenna Lyons, Ubah Hassan, and Racquel Chevremont are out.

The source says that Martha Stewart’s makeup artist, Daisy Toye, and Jon Gosselin’s ex-girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, are expected to sign on to the show as cast members as well.

It has also been rumored that a socialite and two influencers will also be joining the cast. Brynn Whitfield confirmed her departure in June 2025, after two seasons with RHONY.

So many names have circulated in online discussions about the Bravo series. Even “Today Show” anchor Sheinelle Jones has been mentioned, but the veteran journalist isn’t expected to join the rebooted cast.

Daisy Toye, celebrity stylist June Ambrose, Colony Palm Beach owner Sarah Wetenhall, and real estate developer Erika Faye Jones have all been mentioned as potential cast members as well. It seems that of this list, only Daisy is in the mix. She joined Hailey Glassman, Eric Lichy, and Sai de Silva for a meal at Ascent Lounge in New York City’s Time Warner Center. The group was filmed while engaged in a serious conversation.

“They were discussing how much they were looking forward to filming together,” an insider shared.

Bravo first announced in May 2025 that “Real Housewives of New York City” was canceled. They then quickly walked back that decision, deciding that the series could potentially return after making some changes.

How do you feel about the latest RHONY rumors? Who would you like to see return to the series? Or do you think that it should simply stay on pause until further notice?
