During the August 9 episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” Teresa Giudice sat down with her fellow cast members from “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th” to discuss the series’ premiere episode. The subject quickly turned to RHONJ Season 15.
In a YouTube clip, Giudice was put in the hot seat by a fan. She asked what prompted Giudice’s reunion with her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa. This question led to details about the OG series’ new season, where the rejuvenated relationship will be featured.
The reality star began, “What prompted? I did [FOX’s] “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” with my daughter, Gia [Giudice]. She was telling me to let go of the anger I had for my ex-husband, Joe Guidice.
“She’s like, ‘You have to let the anger go with daddy.'”
The reality star added, “You know, it was still bothering me,” she began.
Giudice continued, “And I was like, you know, I have to make a promise that I’m going to let the anger go. I’m always thinking as a mom like what, you know, what kind of lesson can I teach my daughters?”
“So, I was like, I’m not fighting because that’s I want to show her that I’m going to end the fighting. So, when I said that to her, I’m like, I’m not going to be angry with your dad anymore. And then when I got home, it just made me start thinking about my brother,” the Bravo star added.
“So I texted [Joe] and I said, you know, do you want to meet? Let’s meet together and let’s talk.” She concluded, And ever since like ever since we met that day, it’s been great.”
When Giudice was asked how filming Season 15 was with her family members, she revealed, It was great.”
Andy Cohen Admits Season 15 of RHONJ Features a Franchise First

During an episode of WWHL, Cohen spoke to Gia Giudice. He joked, “Gia, I can’t believe it! Your mom might be having fun filming her show for the first time in the history of the RHONJ.”
“That’s a very true statement,” Gia responded. “But she’s having so much fun.”
“I’m thrilled,” Andy noted, sharing how refreshing it was to watch the longtime franchise OG genuinely enjoy herself in front of the cameras again. He feels that seeing the OG cast member relaxed and having fun brought a whole new energy to the set.
