Janice Dickinson is embracing a striking new chapter after revealing the results of what she says is her most dramatic cosmetic transformation yet.
The legendary supermodel and former “America’s Next Top Model” judge, 71, recently showed off the outcome of an extensive facial rejuvenation procedure — and fans are stunned by the dramatic before-and-after reveal.
On Monday, May 18, Beverly Hills and New York-based plastic surgeon Dr. Harrison H. Lee shared an Instagram video highlighting Dickinson’s transformation nearly three months after surgery.

The post included side-by-side footage of the fashion icon appearing makeup-free before transitioning into a glamorous, polished look afterward.
According to Dr. Lee, Dickinson underwent a series of cosmetic procedures in February aimed at refreshing and restoring her facial appearance.
“‘SUPERMODEL ALERT!’ Our famous Supermodel and beautiful Janice Dickinson is currently 3 months postop following a major facial rejuvenation,” he wrote in the caption. “She underwent an Endoscopic Brow and Midface Lift, Deep Plane Face Lift, Dual Plane Neck Lift, Subnasal Lip Lift, Extensive Fat Transfer, and Full Face CO2 Laser Resurfacing! She is beyond ecstatic with the results!”
The surgeon also emphasized the authenticity of the reveal, noting, “The postop photos show her without makeup and then transitioning to full glam. Absolutely no Filters or Photo editing were used.”
Dickinson herself didn’t hide her excitement over the transformation.

“I thought, ‘Geez, I’ll never work again,’” she said. “I thought that because I was badly damaged.”
She continued, “Certainly too damaged to go back on the show. I had blood, bruises up and down my face and there were gaping wounds. It really knocked my confidence.”
Though she didn’t require stitches, Dickinson described the recovery process as physically painful and emotionally difficult.
“It took about three months to properly heal. That was tough,” she shared. “But I’m not the type of person that stares at her face like: ‘What does the mirror say about me today?’”
