Reality star, television personality, singer, actress, and fashion designer Kelly Osbourne has taken a much-needed vacation — or “holiday” as the English Osbourne calls it — and shared her experience with her fans and followers.
Osbourne, 41, has undoubtedly had a difficult time of it lately. In addition to losing her father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, just over a year ago, she has recently split up with her fiancé, Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson, and been the target of cruel comments about her appearance.
However, her vacation — which is in an unspecified location — has allowed her to take a well-deserved break from all that. She took to social media to give a little insight into it.
Kelly Osbourne Says It’s ‘Important to Step Away From the Madness Sometimes’
Kelly Osbourne shared some vacation photographs with the 4.3 million followers on her Instagram account.
Specifically, her post includes a carousel of four photographs. In the first two, Osbourne is lounging in the sun wearing a Brazilian Bombshell leopard-print swimsuit. She looks fabulous in it. In the other two, she’s in the swimming pool with her son Sidney, a friend (apparently named Sian, according to a tag on a photograph), and her friend’s child. Osbourne looks to be having a most enjoyable break.
Appropriately, Billie Holiday and Her Orchestra’s 1938 jazz song “Having Myself a Time” plays over the post.
Osbourne’s caption on her post begins, “I’m really learning how important it is to step away from the madness sometimes. 🌊☀️”
Her caption continues, “I get so wrapped up in life, work, people, plans… everything going on around me, that I genuinely forget I’m allowed to stop. To switch off. To breathe,” and “To just be.”
It goes on, “This holiday has reminded me that taking a break isn’t wasting time — sometimes it’s exactly what you need to come back to yourself.”
“I honestly feel reborn. Lighter, calmer, happier… and very much NOT ready to go home 😂❤️,” says Osbourne.
The caption concludes, “Note to self: do this more often. Life will still be there when you get back. ✨”
Osbourne’s fans and followers headed to the post’s comments section en masse to share their love for her.

We’re so glad to see Kelly Osbourne looking happy and, as one of her followers said, getting her “sparkle” back. The former MTV, “Dancing with the Stars,” and “The Masked Singer” star undoubtedly deserves it. It was also fantastic to get a little insight into her much-needed vacation. Keep shining, Kelly!
